We had a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to town with no steep hills to navigate, which made things so much easier. The room was extremely comfortable and impressively well stocked, with plenty of utensils and crockery, making self-catering a breeze. The beds were cozy and the units were perfectly suited for the Queenstown winter. Staff were incredibly friendly, responsive online, and helpful in person. Great value for a weekend stay for four people. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Queenstown!

The only minor downsides were the low water pressure, which made showers a bit short – though that’s probably not a bad thing overall! We also only had one roll of toilet paper provided. It’s unclear if that was intentional or just because we declined housekeeping, so they may have planned to restock then if needed.

We loved the location of the apartments and that parking spaces (most covered) were available. The check in process was easy out of hours, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the Skyline and it was an easy walk down the hill into town. The area felt safe and the guest book was very helpful. A lovely stay!

Depending on the apartment you're given, there may be quite a few steps to get up to it. This was fine for us but may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Sometimes the drains would cause an unpleasant odour in the bathroom, but it wasn't much of an issue.

We thanked our stars that we booked this serviced apartment. It was central (Just 5-7 minutes’ walk to anywhere) – 5 min to city centre, 10 minutes to Gondola, Bus stop just in front, 3 supermarkets within 3-5 minutes walking distance, Petrol station right next door. So, location is superb. View of the mountains, but if you are looking for lake view, no then that is missing. The apartment is large with separate bedroom, large toilet and a good size living room with all amenities that you may want. Plus, you have the kitchenet and it has it all, from fridge, to induction stove to toaster to electric kettle to all utensils one can think of and even rice cooker. We could not find something that was missing. The toilet also had it all from washing machine to faucet jet spray. The owner has thought though it all and kept. There was iron, ironing board and heaters, fans, etc. Lovely place and I will definitely stay only there if I am in Queenstown next time. The staff were also very helpful and especially Ahmed.

Nothing really that we can list

The location near town is great, the staff are very lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. I slept on the sofabed and had two good nights sleep - I appreciated the blackout curtains and blinds on the window over the front door so that it became a good sleeping space. It was cold in QT for summer, but the heat pump worked well and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing. We didn't use the washing machine but it would have been super useful if needed. I booked well in advance so got more value for money.

Like with other reviews, all rooms face the busy road. We asked for a room away from it but hard given the building layout. Lots of stairs for carrying luggage. The bathroom had a lingering weird smell probably from the drains.

Spacious for 2 people, comfortable bed, heated bathroom floor and towel rack. Ample parking but it is first come first served. Location was an easy walk into town, no steep hills. 6 minute walk to supermarket.

Telling people there are lots and lots of stairs. (not a problem for us, but carrying heavy luggage up all the stairs would be an issue for some people). One weird thing, on the first day after we returned from being out all day, someone had been in the apartment and emptied the bins. The bed had not been made nor the towels tidied in the bathroom, only the bins were emptied, however items in the bedroom had been moved and I couldn't understand why. Nothing had been stolen but someone had been into the bedroom and moved items on the bedside table and yet the bed had not been made.

Full featured apartment as close to town as you can get. The kitchen had everything you could want to make a cooked breakfast each morning or at night (including an oven!). The apartment was always warm with plenty of heating and super hot showers. The washing machine inside the apartment was perfect to clean our sportswear after a long day in the ski field. There was also a communal dry room to store our snow gear and ensure it's ready to go the following day. The town was only a 5 minute walk, which was perfect to catch the morning shuttle bus up the mountain. Wifi was fast and apartment was decent size for a couple. I would definitely come back.

This complex was located just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Very easy walking distance to all tourist attractions. We were very lucky to have views of Skyline from our room. Staff were fantastic with our arrival after reception closed. Well appointed and great amenities. It was lovely to have a full size washing machine in our room. Loved the under floor heating and heated towel racks. Room was quiet and cozy. Would love to get the same unit if we venture back again. Balcony with Southern views in our first night meant photos of Aurora Australis which again was a bonus.

Pillows were very hard

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Loved the heated bathroom floors! Excellent location close to Queenstown CBD. Short easy walk to transport options, restaurants and gondola. Main bus hub just down the road as well as a bus stop directly across the road. The whole area is serviced well by buses with $2 fares eg to the airport, Arrowtown. You do need to buy a Bee bus travel card from bus driver for $10. Can get around easily without a car. There is parking available on site. Freshchoice supermarket 5min walk up the road. Great views from apartment.

Reception hours 9am-4pm but sometimes we found the office closed during these times.

Appreciated the drying room for wet ski gear, and also the location is great for a quick walk into town and being able to ditch the car. Decent kitchen provisions so able to self cater as needed. Good tea and coffee products! We liked how housekeeping just emptied bins and replaced towels every day, we did not want a full clean every day and it was sufficient for us. Powerful heaters so we were never cold.

Can hear a bit of road noise and if next door is loud you can hear them so sound proofing is just normal not particularly good. The water pressure in shower was not fantastic. Reception was never open however we didn't need them. You don't want room 6, the balcony is right next to the stairs. On check out day the tv did not work (internet down or something).

It was about the little touches. The quality of the shampoo and handwash. The amount of utensils in the kitchen. The lights in the bedroom. Heaps of room for your stuff. Big drawers in the bathroom. Multiple mirrors with good lighting. The location is also outstanding with a nice view of the gondola. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. There was roadwork going on but it did not effect us while in the apartment, just a bit noisy when walking into town. You can though go a different way.
