The location was unbeatable! 2-3 minute walk to central Queenstown. It was a large well designed townhouse with 3 large bedrooms, ample for the 6 of us. The layout is great (we stayed in # 3) and gave enough spaces for the family to spread out and not live on top of each other every minute we were there.

Facilities and furniture were modern enough - had it not been for the visible paint marks where they have tried to patch / clean the walls up there would have been no faults. I suggest a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole townhouse and it will be good as new.

The location of these apartments was outstanding as there is such limited parking in the center of Queenstown. An easy 10 minutes to a supermarket at the center of town was great. All three bedrooms were large and quiet. The kitchen and lounge were comfortable with everything you need (including Netflix). The washing machine and dryer (and clothes airer and plenty of coat hangers) were very handy as we were about half way through a 3 week trip.

I knew the property had stairs when I booked - but I was not aware that there was no bedroom on the floor you enter the apartment. For the 70+ year old in our group with mobility issues, they had to use stairs to access a bed room.

The location is central and just overall amazing, really really great. The facility was immaculate, the apartments had almost everything you needed, heated towel rails and underfloor heating in the bathroom which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious, warm and cozy, plenty of baggage space and natural lighting throughout. Truely will be the only place I’ll book for larger groups for my next Queenstown stay, everything was perfect!

Only minor issue was the power would trip when we attempted to use the dryer but wasn’t a huge concern

travelling with family and each having an ensuite was amazing. Walking distance to town is awesome as parking in Queenstown can be a huge pain. 5-10 min walk for groceries and all the restaurants. Host was friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned very well on check-in

finishes and furniture are super cheap (broken sofa, wobbling tables, wall skirts lifting, scuffed walls) which for us, really let down the feeling of luxury that it could have been. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent (tea towels were taken and never replaced) and would have been good to have at least one vacuum and surface clean-up during the week. No soundproofing which was normally not an issue but there were a few times it was very annoying. Area is generally very quiet though.

hosts were amazing and catered to our needs. location definitely handy and central to all activities we needed to get to, Arrowtown, Onsen Hot Pools, Jetboat, Gondola etc

The bedding description not quite what they said. king beds they felt like 2 singles put together because I could feel join in middle and was bit uncomfortable. lounge suite needs upgrade. other than that the set up perfect.

The place is a short walk to the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was perfect for us 6 adults to stay. Trash was removed everyday which was very useful for us.

Parking space is small but it is no fault of theirs. It is a location and space issue. Only 1 car is allowed per apartment but there is a parking lot nearby if you have multiple cars.

These apartments are so well located. You can leave you car and walk easily into the centre of Queenstown, but they are far enough away from the noise of the town/nightlife. The apartment is more like a townhouse with bedrooms on upper and lower levels and a very spacious kitchen and separate living area. The apartment was very clean and had lots of facilities, including bathrooms for every bedroom. There is also a nice balcony at the back of the apartment looking over a little stream and up to the mountains.

The lounge is very uncomfortable - it really needs to be replaced. Also, some people may find the air filtration system difficult - it is quite drying and might be a problem for people with respiratory issues. Families should know that there are only showers - no bath.

We loved everything about this place. It was spacious, had everything we needed including washing machine, dryer and clothes airer. The 3 bathrooms was a bonus. It was easy walking distance to the shops and we felt very safe. Noise levels were good and the views out the back windows were amazing.

Can't recall any negative issues except some adult sibling rivalry....haha !!

Our stay at Koura Apartments was nothing short of delightful. The apartments themselves were beautiful and comfortable, providing a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The staff impressed us with their warm and accommodating nature, always ready to assist with any request. We were particularly pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness of our apartment. Koura Apartments have certainly earned our recommendation, and we look forward to our next visit.
