Nice modern apartment. Big enough for our family of 6. Keys were retrieved from a lockbox with a code at the property which made check out alot easier when leaving early. Property had a nice view from the balcony. Could access a 24/7 laundrymat downstairs. Came with a parking spot. Good cooking facilities.

Had alot of stairs which can be tricky with your luggage and other family members. Being picky but not enough glassware for 6 people and no hand soap throughout. But body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied.

Good location and great value for money, modern clean facilities

Wasn't aware that the carpark was down two flights of stairs and there were another two flights within the apartment. Wouldn't normally be an issue but we were traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues. Wouldn't recommend for someone in this situation.

Fantastic location, short easy walk to the center of Queenstown. Petrol station & supermarket right there, plus a laundromat. Tip: request parking spot when you reserve an apartment. Compact little apartment but perfectly adequate for 2 people for a couple of nights.

Gym, aesthetic of room, cleanliness, variety of kitchen equipment, furniture, bathroom soaps.

I loved my stay, if I had to be super nit-picky: My only minor, potential points for improvement were perhaps planting some trees outside the bedroom window in the spot where the forest wasn't growing and fixing the spa. How small this is just shows how awesome the property was!!

LOCATION WAS GOOD

NO ONSITE PARKING. GLASS FRONT DOOR THAT OPENED INWARDS WITH A ROLL DOWN BLIND (SOME FROSTED FILM WOULD BE A BETTER IDEA).

The 4 bedrooms were great for our family Location was within walking distance of everything in town

It was actually very easy as we were able to phone and grab the codes over the phone. However we had already driven to the collection point before finding this out

Good location, clean and comfortable. Supermarket across the road which was really convenient.

Size of lounge/kitchen area could have been bigger

Very pleasant location, nice and clean. Nothing a problem for the hosts & great communication. Supermarket was handy, just across the road too.

Some other guest had turned the spa off so was not too warm to hop into on a cold afternoon. That had nothing to do with the apartments, just another guest having accidentally turning off. But perhaps if your going to use - check a bit before to make sure going.
