The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. The view was great from the balcony. The staff were nice and loaned me some gloves.

The roommate coughed all night and snored as well. I tested positive for Covid when I got home. I regret sleeping in a dorm. A woman was naked in bed with the man on the top bunk. I reported this. I should have reported the coughing so he could have tested. ,I informed SLB when I tested positive..

Beds were sooo comfy, clean showers and kitchen, good laundry facilities and great location, just a 2 minute walk from the centre.

WiFi did not work once, says you’re connected but connecting non existent.

Reception staff are amazingly good with fast and flexible check in and check out. Showing me around and sharing good tips staying in Queenstown. Location is very good. As it's a backpacker hotel with good price comparing to places around. Easy for parking. Cool arts around.

The guests ( long term ) been occupying the dining table ignoring the need of other guests needs of using a dinning table but staying there chit chatting even after 10pm . Also the cleanliness of the kitchen is not impressive. Otherwise, nice place to stay in Queenstown as it is really convenient.

Great location, room is a bit small but functional. Amenities were cleaned daily and the indoor heating was great, you could walk around in a shirt and shorts if you wanted (this is in the middle of an icy 0-2 degree day temp winter). Everyone is so friendly!

One of the showers didn't have great ventilation, and it felt like the condensation on the ceiling had been there for weeks, and it was hard to breathe once going in. I just ended up using the other shower and it was fine though.

The general "atmosphere" was very friendly. I had several conversations with young fellow-travellers, some of whom were two generations younger than me. People were ready to help with a splash of oil for cooking or a bit of butter for my toast.

One shower near the laundry needs a small shelf for the soap and shampoo. (Everything else was as good as can be expected for a backpackers hostel).

Super confy and great common area, easy to connect with people. Also appreciated how clean it was. Great personality in general, even the decor details were really nice to me.

It was winter and raining and I was in a bedroom in a balcony, so I had to leave the bedroom to go to any other place, except toilet, which was indoor and really close. There was also a rat in the kitchen and it went into my food bag during the night, because it was not inside the cupboard, so make sure you leave it safe.

Great location, nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff, simple and comfortable rooms. Good washing facilities, both washer and dryer. Solid water pressure and reliable hot water. Big shared kitchen is clean and well organised. Very relaxed vibe and good with people hanging out in various places around the property. Overall, exactly what you want and expect for a quality hostel.

The location is terrific -- just a block from the central part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful, and let us store some of our luggage while we were on a 3-day hike. Helpful to have a laundry room, as well as onsite parking for our rental car.

The facilities are pretty basic -- about what you'd expect for a backpacker's hostel. The shower was being fixed on our floor so we had to leave the building to shower elsewhere, but overall it's a good place to stay.

The room was spacious, with space for a sofa and with the toilet/shower inside. The kitchen and living room was spacious too, with a balcony with great views. The location was convenient, near the city centre but in a quiet street.

It looks a little bit old and some areas look like they need a refurbishing.

Good location, the staffs are very nice. They lend the hair dryer for free. If you want to wash your clothes, there are laundry room and also the backyard to hang and dry clothes if you want. The room is bright.

I could smell cigarette in my room. And this room is next to the balcony where people smoke and party late. I wish there were a rule about the noise such as no noise after 10pm or something. But in general people are nice and the vibe is pretty good here. I still recommend.
