Car parking should be free of cost or it should be mentioned in the total cost.

Apartment is spacious with a well appointed kitchen and laundry/bathroom combination. The location is good, right in the centre, on Shotover street, walking distance to everything. Parking on site was on a first come first serve basis and cost $20NZ per day.

The floor to ceiling windows were missing the sheer curtains, so it was not private at all with the drapes open. There was no plug provided for the kitchen sink, so we couldn’t easily wash the dishes We were charged 3.15% surcharge on the room fee despite using a debit card inserted and pin number given. Not sure if that level of surcharge is strictly legal in NZ? Considering there should be no merchant fee on that transaction. The moldy shower curtain should be replaced with a longer one as the bathroom floor is treacherously slippery after showering.

We did not like the condition of the curtains ( smelt dirty like they had not been cleaned for a while , and not fitted well), the floors are wobbly( seems to be sloping and creaking) , the outside of the room was very untidy with the balcony not set and clean, the footpath was dark with no lights to the outside for guidance, the front door knob was loose and damaged , damaged cupboard, not all lights working in the room , had NO water when we arrived and did not get water supply until about 5 pm so couldnot have showers before having our dinner . Not worth the amount we paid for it as there was no breakfast for that price.

We had a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which was very good, the position is very handy to town. Our requests for enough towels, cutlery and a frypan were attended too promptly.

We had to request enough cutlery for all booked guests and a frypan as none was provided. We also requested car parking before we arrived and were assured this would be available, it was for the first day then we had to park elsewhere for 2 days out of our 5 day stay due to all the carparks being full.

Great property with convenient parking - which allowed us to quit driving for a couple of days. Great view, Super-close to all that Queenstown had to offer - TSS Earnslow, Ferg's, etc. We felt that the area was safe - we didn't have any issues with noise - and would absolutely stay at The Lofts if we are able to return.

We had an issue with the washer/dryer not working - actually discovered that it was a fuse issue (tripped) that controlled all outlets in the bathroom. As soon as the issue was identified, management was quick to remedy it for us.

The location was great, as was parking. Unfortunately we were booked into a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 3 bedroom we had booked. On the second day when we realised there was no one at reception to advise. On the third day we went to Milford Sound so left early and came home late when there was no reception staff. We did talk to the staff member on the third day and he acknowledged that he had made a mistake in not providing us with a 3 befroom apartment.

Location was excellent ! 5 mins walk from inter-city bus stop in Athol Street. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the lake and gardens. There is on-site parking available if required. Stayed in Room 203 Ground Floor, plenty of space. Everything was provided in kitchen: microwave, fridge, cooktop also washer and dryer in bathroom. Comfy bed, hot shower ! Reception staff friendly and helpful when I had a WiFi i ssue. Definitely would stay here again.

Right in the centre of town so ideal. The three bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or friend group, with washing machine and dishwasher. Also a generous sized lounge. Limited parking but we were able to use one park. This was our third stay here. Although this is an older property its well maintained and we are happy to come back.

Parking is limited so book in advance. This is an older property so not very modern, but it's clean and spacious which we appreciated. Units at the front on the street side can be noisy at night.

The location was fantastic. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Unfortunately when I complete my review it gives it a rating of 8 (very good) my true rating would probably be 5 (average).

The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen mixer was dripping and one of the lights kept flashing. The toilet seat was broken, bathroom tiles were mouldy. The room could do with a complete renovation.

Very accommodating. Happy to help with extra guest at late notice. Quick to answer emails. Unit clean and had everything we needed. Great views from 2 balconies. Our unit was on the top floor. Very centrally located, 2 minute walk to CBD. We didn't need to hire a car to get around town. Was able to store our bags as we were too early to check in.

Some areas need slightly updating like the carpet, and shower tiles in our room, but I'm sure that will come in time.
