Car parking should be free of cost or it should be mentioned in the total cost.

Apartment is spacious with a well appointed kitchen and laundry/bathroom combination. The location is good, right in the centre, on Shotover street, walking distance to everything. Parking on site was on a first come first serve basis and cost $20NZ per day.

The floor to ceiling windows were missing the sheer curtains, so it was not private at all with the drapes open. There was no plug provided for the kitchen sink, so we couldn’t easily wash the dishes We were charged 3.15% surcharge on the room fee despite using a debit card inserted and pin number given. Not sure if that level of surcharge is strictly legal in NZ? Considering there should be no merchant fee on that transaction. The moldy shower curtain should be replaced with a longer one as the bathroom floor is treacherously slippery after showering.

Great property with convenient parking - which allowed us to quit driving for a couple of days. Great view, Super-close to all that Queenstown had to offer - TSS Earnslow, Ferg's, etc. We felt that the area was safe - we didn't have any issues with noise - and would absolutely stay at The Lofts if we are able to return.

We had an issue with the washer/dryer not working - actually discovered that it was a fuse issue (tripped) that controlled all outlets in the bathroom. As soon as the issue was identified, management was quick to remedy it for us.

Right in the centre of town so ideal. The three bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or friend group, with washing machine and dishwasher. Also a generous sized lounge. Limited parking but we were able to use one park. This was our third stay here. Although this is an older property its well maintained and we are happy to come back.

Parking is limited so book in advance. This is an older property so not very modern, but it's clean and spacious which we appreciated. Units at the front on the street side can be noisy at night.

Very accommodating. Happy to help with extra guest at late notice. Quick to answer emails. Unit clean and had everything we needed. Great views from 2 balconies. Our unit was on the top floor. Very centrally located, 2 minute walk to CBD. We didn't need to hire a car to get around town. Was able to store our bags as we were too early to check in.

Some areas need slightly updating like the carpet, and shower tiles in our room, but I'm sure that will come in time.

Great communication from the start! And amazing location with a beautiful view. Steps from everything in town so it was easy to get around. We were sad we had so many activities booked and didn’t have enough time to just sit and enjoy the room.

Some furniture items are showing their age so needs a little tlc but overall it was minor and easily overlooked with everything else it has going for it

Location was amazing and great quality for money, very helpful staff that had flexible check in and check out times to suit our flights. 10/10 for every aspect of the property, comfortable bedding, excellent heating systems, great facilities available in the kitchen area. Very easy access to everything in town only a few minutes walk to ferg burger, the wharf and plenty other hot spots in town. Would only ever book here again for my next holiday to Queenstown

The receptionist was lovely and very accomodating. When we booked our apartment we requested for a car park which the receptionist happily reserved for us. When we checked in, she saw our car was a van and which was way too big for the car parks. She understood we had a new born baby with us so she made the effort find a way for our van to be super close to the door for us. Location was perfect and we had an awesome view. The size of the apartment was perfect for our big island family. Also the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay.

The beds were really old. It was pretty cold in Queenstown during our stay and we had a new born so we didn’t use the air con. We decided to use the blankets that were store in the drawers and they smelled bad. It seemed the blankets haven’t been washed for a long time.

Great apartment with a terrace and lovely view of the lake and mountains from the sitting area and main bedroom. Very well appointed and clean. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioning provided (it was hot when we stayed for one night only). Good shower. Staff were all polite and very helpful. Good location very close to the centre of town, restaurants and wharf. Just a few minutes walk to the Skyline Gondola. The nearest Four Square food store is a couple of blocks away.

The car park is conveniently linked to the hotel at the back but it took several fraught minutes after a long journey to work out where to go, and there is a car parking charge. There are a number of stairs to the carpark from the accommodation, although luggage can be unloaded at the front entrance. The lift services the levels with apartments, but not the carpark. The bedrooms would benefit from having fans. The hospitality tray only had creaming powder for drinks. The view was so lovely that we decided to eat in, but could not get the cooker to work and no manual available. All of this was dealt with promptly and efficiently by staff on the premises once we were able to contact them.

The location and views are superb. The balcony overlooking the Remarkables was just stunning. We had a beautiful apartment and were upgraded for free to a 3 bedder as our 2 bedroom unit wasn't available. It was perfect. Meant I didn't need to share a room with anyone. The staff were polite and very friendly.

There was food left in the fridge from previous occupants and we were dying for a cuppa but there was no milk. However, they cleaned it straight away and the duty manager gave me some milk. The duty Manager and staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating.
