Everything was perfect about this property. Location was awesome Just 2- 3 minutes walk from CBD, the shops and restaurants , this property is situated on the lake having best views of the lake and mountains. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the Staff members were very kind and friendly, especially the manager Rahul Dubey. He was very professional, friendly , helpful and made sure to make our stay comfortable. We had few days booking at some other property in queenstown, but we cancelled that booking to stay in this property as we loved it so much. Would definitely stay in this property if we ever go to New Zealand. Highly Recommend it.

the best location like what the name says.. lake front means beautiful view for sight seeing.. very accessible. car parking is good, bedroom is clean and tidy.

1. the shower enclosure in not really enclosed and the water spill everywhere in the floor when u use the shower. it is unsafe as it is slippery. hope you improve this for more safer use of bathroom. 2. since the unit is up and down, it is better to have a toilet upstairs (if possible) also the door in front of the road should be lockable using the hotel keys so no need to go up at the back to lock the unit. 3.insinkator seems not working or shall i say the button is not visible in the kitchen sink. "there's always a room for improvement"

The view is AMAZING! Our room overlooked the lake. We could walk across the road to get to the lake side restaurants. An easy enough walk into town. (all flat, no hills) The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was modern with the best shower head! Beds are comfortable.

The car park was a tight fit and our SUV rental car didn't fit in. Luckily reception was kind enough to let us park in their neighbouring carpark. There is a very steep driveway from carpark to accomodation and our two bedroom apartment was a split level with small, steep internal stairs, so it would not be ideal for older people or people with limited mobility or big luggage.

Excellent place to stay. 2 story apartment with both bedrooms downstairs with shower and toilet and upstairs had kitchen, lounge room, single toilet and laundry. The view from the top floor was amazing over the lake. The apartment was very clean and fresh towels were provided every day which was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the heating was perfect after a cold day skiing. Approx a 5-minute walk into town. I would definitely stay here again

The carpark was quite tight for the hire car we had.

the location, the accessibility, it was a good-sized space and they give you new towels and teatowels everyday. if booking via booking.com, they send you a message reminder when checking in - go to lakeside motel reception. the view outside, is amazing! 3bedroom apartment unit - good sized deck to chill outside

limited parking provided, very tight space for parking BUT there are free offstreet parking. it wasn't clear that if you checked out early, they may not be staff available @ reception, so just note that keys can just be dropped off at a box on the other side of reception. their 3bedroom is not very disabled-friendly nor is it advisable if you have many big luggages since it's usually situated on the top most floor BUT it is doable, and if all occupants are able, then it is recommended. they have pretty good amenities inside.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the shops and right in front of the lake. The view is superb. One undercover parking is allocated to the two bedroom unit we stayed. The kitchen has basic utensils and cookware. We used the kitchen once only for the three nights’ stay.

The furniture in the living room needs an update. The unit needs a bit of maintenance work. The bathroom shower is leaking and water pools in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinet door is loose and the kitchen sink needs a new plug. Some of the buttons on the remote control didn’t work. These weren’t big issues for us as we were out most of the time.

The bathroom was modern and looked to have been upgraded to the rest of the apartment. The single beds had comfortable mattresses. Close proximity and short walk to the town hub. Fresh towels daily was great. Washing machine & drier was very helpful. There’s no heat pump but the heaters provided were sufficient with a drying rack so we could warm clothes aswell.

It was two storey which I wasn’t prepared for. There are no TVs in the downstairs rooms so you have to stay upstairs to watch anything so the rooms feel quite far away & isolated (there was only 2 of us so we carried a mattress upstairs to sleep, enjoy the views & watch movies)The windows on the deck side were not clean so that did disrupt the view from the inside. Glass dining table also hadn’t been cleaned as there was hand/finger prints all over it. The tv is mounted to the wall & is set higher than usual.

The apartment 17 was lovely, even if it was set up at the back of the property. The lounge was above the bedrooms and the view from the lounge was beautiful. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the necessities to stay for a while. The apartment was close to the CBD so you can walk and do not have to worry about parking. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a separate laundry and a toilet on both floors. The stairs in the apartment were a bit steep, but a rail was there to support yourself, so be cautious.

There was a bit of an odour when we walked into the apartment, as someone was "sick" in there. The little carpet in the lounge had marks on and the couch was a bit sticky. But otherwise nice and neat.

The location was fantastic! Only a few minutes walk into town & directly opposite the lake. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a drink or food. It has 3 showers & 2 toilets, and a well equipped kitchen. Easy parking out the front.

The apartment is a little dated. One of the showers leaked into the downstairs toilet (but was going to be fixed after we left today), and the double beds weren’t the comfiest, so that’s why I rated it lower. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Everything went smoothly, the checkin is a couple of doors down the street. Someone was in the office when we arrived, but this was the only time. Other times there was no-one around. The view is to die for and it is located along the Esplanade Road which is a flat walk to town.

The units are quite dated and really need a revamp. This was not reflected in the price, as in it was priced the same as other units along this road that have been renovated. Over the years we have stayed in a few different units along this strip. This one is probably my least favourite.
