The rooms are well laid out and appointed. Very clean, the bed was comfy and the pillow options were great.

We could only book a garden view room due to the timing our booking being made and it was not great. We tried to upgrade but they were fully booked so initially were dissappointed however the view from the included breakfast each morning was amazing and were were out exploring so much the view didn't impact out stay. If we had have been able to book a lake view room we would have had absolutely nothing to say negatively about our stay. The staff were very accommodating and after a flight delay allowed us to check back in and offered an extended checkout.

Please note that accessing the property may require navigating stairs with your luggage unless assistance is provided, as there is no alternative route without steps. Additionally, the property is situated on a hill, which can be challenging to climb when walking to and from town, particularly for those with knee or mobility issues. We also experienced delays during check-in on both of our visits. On one occasion, our room was not ready for an additional hour past the expected time. However, the staff did offer complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated

Exceptional hotel, on the pricier side but we got what we paid for, 5 stars. The view, room size, furnishings, finishing touches, everything was exceptional. We called and asked to check in early and they were very accommodating. Very quiet. Lovely largw corridors. Brief walk to all dining options on the lake edge. Little hill to walk up to return to the hotel but didn't worry us.

Gym was quite small so had to come and go to check if equipment was free but we didn't go to the hotel to spend time in the gym! Also, limited street parking so we opted to pay $40 per night to park in hotel parking. I think when you are paying for a Suite, the parking should be complimentary.

I spent a few days at the St. Moritz Hotel in Queenstown. The hotel delivers the quality of services and products it promises without any negative surprises. However, last Saturday, around 8 pm, there was a small fire in the room right next to mine, which led to a full evacuation of the hotel for a few hours. I’d like to emphasize that, apart from the flawless operation of the fire safety system, the hotel staff handled the situation absolutely perfectly. I was very impressed by how all safety protocols were followed and by the care and concern shown for all guests. At every moment, it was clear how well-trained and professional the team is. I want to congratulate the hotel management and the entire team for their professionalism and unwavering focus on the guests. You were perfect!

Lovely hotel, great location, 5 minute walk to town, comfortable, good breakfast, lovely view from restaurant, helpful staff, laundry facilities. We found on arrival our room didn’t have a bath as was booked, but this was quickly resolved and our room changed. Necessary after a day out on the mountain as the spa baths were closed due to maintenance. Lovely warm lobby area with fireplace and beautiful scent

Unfortunately the spa baths were closed due to maintenance work outside, so thankfully we had a room with a bath. Our room faced the carpark drive so no view, would have been amazing facing the lake but perhaps that was the deal we got.

Very comfortable and well appointed good sized room. We did splurge for a higher floor with water views. Good breakfast with breathtaking views of the water. While higher price point, it was well worth it. Very convenient quiet location with parking with extra fee; close and 5-10 mins walk to the action but not too close. Washing machines available which was great as it was out last stop in NZ

Guests should know that hotel is on a steep incline and may not be a good fit for those with physical mobility issues. Also laundry services are not available on The Weeknd but they had coin operated washing machines guests could use.

Very sweet philosophy at this place. Kindness was prominent in their message while staying. This was mirrored in all the staff members I encountered. Very comfy rooms and I LOVED the socks provided as my feet were so cold after being out and about all day. The views from the bar/dining room were to die for. Stunning. A short walk into town so was quieter than being in the middle of every thing. The bar manager was fabulous.

Well first impressions count and you really need to get a new front door mat. As I arrived I went OH NO this place looks awful with a tacky worn out front door mat. I was wrong … it’s a fabulous place. Also the drawer where the coffee cups and wine glasses are stored was really hard to open.

Loved this hotel and would happily stay there again. The location is excellent - a 5 min walk into the main part of the town, and a beautiful view over the lake. The staff were so lovely and friendly. It was my birthday while there and I received a beautiful dessert plate and note from the team, it was exceptionally thoughtful. The fire in the lobby is a lovely place to sit and read a book.

I think the spas could use an upgrade but this is not a dealbreaker and I'd stay here regardless.

The staff went over and above to meet requests. It was a very special occasion for my son and his partner, with my son planning to propose during his stay. The staff were so wonderful and generous upon their engagement and they were gifted a wonderful bottle of champagne from the Hotel staff - memorable moments made more perfect.

The maintenance that was taking place outside of the hotel which impacted views from restaurant. Although sufficient warning of this work taking place outside of the hotel had already been advised, this was my only criticism of the hotel.

The staff at St Moritz were very friendly and professional overall. However, two reception staff were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond. They made my stay at St Moritz not only a great experience but memorable, too. A big thank you to Pauline and Denise for being so amazing! I sought out their manager and complimented them. I will recommend St Moritz to friends as a result of Pauline and Denise being so lovely.
