The views of the Remarkables are fantastic. The accommodation is well maintained and has all the facilities required.

It was winter and the days were shorter and the weather variable, so it would have been nice to have a more modern TV. In the house we were in we couldn’t connect to either Apple TV or DisneyPlus, Amazon and Netflix were available and we weren’t able screencast, plus there were intermittent buffering delays. TV issues not a deal breaker, just surprising for a high end property. Staff were very responsive to our requests for help - the kettle needed to be replaced while we were there and it was done very quickly.

High quality features. Everything was great - kitchen appliances excellent, living room and view were luxurious. All of the rooms very comfortable. Very warm. We loved the drying box that ensured all of our ski gear was fully dried overnight. We also love the convenience of strolling into central Queenstown, even if just for an ice cream after dinner.

We rented a large 4WD and the turn to get into the garage was cosy, but we still managed it safely every day.

The apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Lots of toilet paper and tissues, washing powder etc and everything you need for your stay. They don’t skimp on anything. The view was amazing from unit 1. The keypad to lock and unlock the front door was great, as we didn’t need to worry about who had a key when we went out seperately.

There’s nothing I could complain about really. A toilet upstairs would be fab, but not essential. The walk up the steep road was sometimes tiring, but if you needed to you can get an Uber for less than $10.

Walking distance into town, but far enough away to be calm and quiet. Very well equipped kitchen and rooms, comfortable beds, great quality towels and linen. Everything was clean and the place was warm for our arrival. Dishwashing liquid and detergent for dishwasher supplied. Local artwork on the walls.

3rd bedroom has no proper window

The apartment was spacious with an amazing view. It was in walking distance to the main part of town. The under floor heating and fire was lovely.

Getting the 4wd into the garage was quite tight especially when someone kept parking in the no parking area.

The location is excellent, close to amenities but far enough away for peace and tranquility. The views are stunning from every vantage point. The apartment is spotless and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication was prompt and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again, truly feels like a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay.

Lovely, clean and warm apartment in a great location with easy walk into town (uphill on the way back). Excellent view of the mountains and lake. Garage parking onsite was great as we had hired a car. We arrived early and the staff let us store our luggage which was appreciated.

Great facilities such as heated bathroom floor and heating in each room. Nice space to everyone to enjoy. Great view. All amenities and comforts of a modern apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The location was perfect if you dont plan on hiring a car we ubered from the airport was $38 from town to the room was $10/11. Literally a 5 min walk down to town but 15min walk bak up the hill. Beds were super comfy. Veiws were amaaazing!

There wasnt anything to fault on this accomodation.

The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Queenstown. Fabulous view from our apartment and plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely stay again.
