Loved the hoise it was just perfect with all the requirements of a luxurious house you may want. Was perfect for our 3 kids and kept us too parents fully relaxed and happy. We lo ed it so much that after we stayed the first 4 nights we were booked in onother venue for our last 3 nights so we cancelled the other venue and booked our last 3 nights at the platinum villa avain to finish off our holiday in style. Staff were exceptionally profetional and friendly gave us all the attentions we may have wished for and more. Platinum villas really made our holiday perfect. It was conviniently placed close to the Coronet peak and the innner town but secluded and quite for a relaxing holiday. We will be back again soon. Thank you

Absolute excellence in all areas!! Beautiful friendly staff interaction via email and in-person. Professional pre-travel correspondence. Superb amenities for all your family holiday needs for literally everything!! The fireplace gave an Aussie from hot Queensland a dream come true experience. Literally a hop & a skip away from central Queenstown but located just ideally enough for a peaceful luxury retreat! And did I mention the spectacular priceless view?! Breath-taking!!!!! Absolutely booking again for future family trips!!

We had a fantastic stay at Platinum Villa's. The view was breathtaking and location was very good, only a 5 minute drive into town. Our villa was immaculately clean and very well appointed with lots of space, perfect for a family! We can't wait to come back!!

Only a small suggestion, given the (high) price point and well appointed kitchen. The villa could really do with some basic cooking ingredients and supplies such as olive oil, salad dressing, jams, butter and paper towels etc. We did a shop at Woolworths, but I wouldn't expect to have to buy all of those basic items for a short stay. A very mild gripe, but this would had made for a flawless stay.

We recently stayed at Platinum Apartments in Queenstown and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip. The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. One of the biggest highlights was the breathtaking view of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. We used the apartment for our pre-wedding photos, and the stunning backdrop made for some truly magical shots. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the town center, yet peaceful and private. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless. With great amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and secure parking, it was the perfect place to relax and prepare for our big day. I highly recommend Platinum Apartments, whether for a romantic getaway, a special occasion, or simply to soak in the incredible views. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredible views, very well maintained villa with great facilities and friendly staff. A great place to relax, and we were able to cook most days!

The beds were too soft for our liking (especially in the master bedrooms) and it gave us back pain. We had to sleep on the floor for a couple of nights. Also couldn’t open the windows at night cos all the bugs would swarm in (we learned the hard way) and in warmer nights it was pretty stuffy, I was struggling to sleep. It was a lot more comfortable when the temperature went down. A fly screen would solve this problem. Location was a little bit out of town which would be fine if you’re all fit and can walk far, but we were travelling with a few seniors and we had to drive back and forth (and parking was difficult in town).

The view of the mountains, lake and river. The sound of the river running by our bedroom. The easy to use fast warming fireplace. The heated flooring. The bathtub was so relaxing, the water was hot, the view was secluded. Just magical!

Would be good to have the option of being 2 bedrooms (locking the 3rd door) and having a discount. Woolies orders were allowed but could not do as we needed a NZ mobile number, this is not a reflection on property but would have enhanced using the amazing facilities.

Spacious and clean villa, the views, even from Alpine side were great. Facilities were excellent, full kitchen, ample parking, linen and robes of excellent quality. Staff were amazing, so accomodating of our family and included high chair, cot, stair gate. They also received and unpacked our grocery delivery and dropped our lost luggage to the door. Email responses were so quick and detailed - they went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

For us the beds were just too soft and we didn’t have comfortable sleeps. If you are used to a firm mattress bare this in mind. The kitchen lacked a drying rack for dishes, while there was dishwasher there were some items which didn’t hand washing and there was nowhere to put them when dry. Only 5 coffee pods were included and there was a note to say they were $1 each for additional at reception - we felt this was a little cheap considering the cost for the accommodation. The TV in the master didn’t work however I will note we didn’t mention this to the staff at the time as we didn’t really need it, I’m sure they would have fixed it if we did! While the view from the Alpine side was great, if we booked again I would pick Lake View as that was incredible.

This independent house was an ideal getaway for our group of 5 people, offering stunning, unobstructed lake views and direct access to the lake from the property. The modern facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The quiet surroundings were perfect for relaxation, while the convenience of being just a 5-minute drive from the town center added to the appeal. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Whether lounging by the lake or exploring the town, this property provided the best of both worlds.

Loved the location with the alpine trees and the mountains as a back drop. Very peaceful with birds always chirping in the treetops...Love the style of the Villa...beautiful! Fireplace is lovely and the coffee machine is a bonus! Very clean and the beds are comfy! The bathroom and bathtub are very nice. Loved the scenic walk into the township.

On warm nights there are no ceiling fans or airconditioning. Can't leave the windows or doors open as there are no screens and the bugs and mosquitos come into the room. There are small portable fans but they are very noisy.

It’s clean and modern with space for family/friends to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and the cleanliness. The apartment has a laundry which is handy for longer stays. The gas fire is ambient and the lounge is comfortable. It has a Nespresso machine and tea and milk on arrival. It really was a lovely apartment.

The bush view apartments back onto a reserve that has a waterfall which is quite loud. We loved it but others may find the noise a bit too much, especially after a heavy rain. It sounds like an aircon unit outside your bedroom. It didn’t bother us at all.
