Everything was perfect. The view was stunning. The bedding comfortable. It had a nice bath and amenities.

The location was a bit tough on the feet when returning from the city (quite the uphill walk) however we were given a tip by a local to use the lifts at a nearby hotel to skip the majority of the hill and that was perfect.

Awesome views, nice and quiet despite being a very close walk into the thick of queenstown. Gym was handy. Didn't use the spa but nice knowing it was there. Spacious bathroom and modern cooking facilities.

Very minor suggestion, having some more BnB additions like bread and condiments, maybe even a minibar, would have been a Cherry on top.

We booked the apartment that offered a view and were not disappointed. In fact, the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, has an excellent bathroom, a comfortable balcony, and was ample in size for us as a couple. The slight climb up the gentle slope to get to the apartment may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. But other than that, an excellent stay which we thoroughly enjoyed!

The apartment is located near the top of a slight hill. If you intend to walk back from the city center, be aware of this. But it's only because the high views the apartment offers are gorgeous.

The view over Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu is fantastic, the room was well appointed and spacious. Excellent heating throughout the apartment, everything you need for self contained, quiet location and plenty of parking. Close enough to the town centre yet far away from the busyness that is Queenstown. TSS Earnslaw says goodnight each night around 10pm-ish. Make sure to book a lake view room and ask for level 3.

We enjoyed our stay at Highview Apartments and the time we spent exploring Queenstown. Check-in was easy and Luca was very helpful. The lake view apartment was very comfortable and the view over the lake and mountains was outstanding. We cooked some of our meals in the well supplied kitchen. The walk down into the main harbour area was about 15 minutes and using the path below the apartments was convenient. However the walk back up to Highview apartments may prove challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Lovely walking trail is located at the top of the Highview apts road, offering more gorgeous views. I would recommend Highview apartments for the wonderful views, comfort, value and helpful staff!

The "no barrier" shower tended to leak out into the bathroom floor but a floor squeegee was supplied to make clean-up easy.

Was only a 7 min walk into town lovley view, really clean modern apartment. We ate out a lot, so barley used the kitchen apart from the odd coffee, but i did see it was really well equipped it was a really nice apartment. I liked that it felt like a whole studio. We did try out the hot tub one night, and oh my jets, it was great. Thankfully, there was parking on site, so we didn't have to park on the road.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and no air conditioning or fans, which made it rather hot at night. The only other thing was there were always heaps of mozzies around. I suspect they need to clean the gutters just because of the sheer number of them. I have very little to complain about, though.

Room was beautiful and welcoming when we arrived. Very clean and modern with a spectacular view. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. Walk into center of town to restaurants and events, good central location.

Unfortunately, we did have a minor issue with the toilet plumbing which was promptly fixed. Scaffolding did also go up outside our apartment on our second day as they were doing painting of the building. It did ruin the view and take away our privacy from then on. We were advised that maintenance would be conducted during our stay but it did detract from our enjoyment of the surrounding none the less.

Property is very well maintained with every equipment in good condition. View is splendid can stay in the room all day with that view. Very spacious and clean. Quite accessible location and best to stay with kids

They didn’t provided house cleaning for out stay cause we stayed for 5 days only. They only provide room service if you staying more than 6 nights. I kind of didn’t like it with the money I paid. I expected my room to be cleaned at least for once at time of stay. Location is on uphill sometime it is tiring to walk all up with baby and a baby stroller 😅

I did a lot of research on the surrounding properties (my first time in Queenstown) and read the reviews on so many places. The reviews for Highview were very good, but I’d rate it as exceptional. The view, the comfort, the warmth (gas heater, heated flooring) and full kitchen so we bought food supplies for after a full days skiing when we were too stuffed to do any more that lay in a hot bath and eat some delicious soup. Réne on the front desk deserves a special mention, as he was more than happy to answer all my questions leading up to our stay.

The only minor negative was the walk back up the hill but the view was so worth it.

Everything went well. I wouldn't even know where to start! The staff - super helpful - Lucas and the 2nd receptionist (sorry I forgot his name) were helpful and friendly. I had a minor issue in my room and Lucas went all his way to get that fixed for us when we were out all day doing Milford Sound cruise keeping the communication flowing all the time. Views from the room - STUNNING !!! Space is super comfortable, sofas, kitchen, tables - everything. Super recommendable and I wish I could visit that place again soon.
