Everything was perfect. The view was stunning. The bedding comfortable. It had a nice bath and amenities.

The location was a bit tough on the feet when returning from the city (quite the uphill walk) however we were given a tip by a local to use the lifts at a nearby hotel to skip the majority of the hill and that was perfect.

Awesome views, nice and quiet despite being a very close walk into the thick of queenstown. Gym was handy. Didn't use the spa but nice knowing it was there. Spacious bathroom and modern cooking facilities.

Very minor suggestion, having some more BnB additions like bread and condiments, maybe even a minibar, would have been a Cherry on top.

We booked the apartment that offered a view and were not disappointed. In fact, the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, has an excellent bathroom, a comfortable balcony, and was ample in size for us as a couple. The slight climb up the gentle slope to get to the apartment may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. But other than that, an excellent stay which we thoroughly enjoyed!

The apartment is located near the top of a slight hill. If you intend to walk back from the city center, be aware of this. But it's only because the high views the apartment offers are gorgeous.

2br apartment was so comfortable and spacious, and the views of the Remarkables were to die for! Absolutely stunning! Lots of living space to spread out and relax after a long day skiing and sightseeing. Kitchen was well appointed, we were able to cook various meals each day. All staff members were very friendly, professional and accommodated our requests readily.

Wall heater in the main bedroom didn’t work so we had to leave the living room gas heater on each night for warmth, so there was a constant low hum and flickering light all night long. Parking was limited and first-in-first-served so some nights we had to park on the street. Our apartment was down two short flights of stairs so be aware if you have large/heavy luggage. Very little bench space/storage space in the bathrooms; the designers have opted for form over function. Highly recommend owners retrofit shelves/benches into the bathrooms to accommodate toiletries/makeup etc.

Location is good - a 5/10 min walk into the centre of Queenstown (it’s is slightly uphill though but this is the case with Queenstown) There is a microwave, kettle and fridge with bowls/plate/cups etc. which is good for a simple breakfast in the morning. Rooms have control of heating and cooling which is great. Small basic gym which was ok for a simple workout. Washing machine and dryer available for use and complementary washing powder available which was a great addition as we had been travelling for a few weeks

No option for room cleaning for our 4 night stay which was a small disappointment. In the studio the only sink for washing dishes is also the bathroom sink, which for me personally is just something I don’t like mixing so having a small sink in the studio would be a benefit

The view over Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu is fantastic, the room was well appointed and spacious. Excellent heating throughout the apartment, everything you need for self contained, quiet location and plenty of parking. Close enough to the town centre yet far away from the busyness that is Queenstown. TSS Earnslaw says goodnight each night around 10pm-ish. Make sure to book a lake view room and ask for level 3.

Loved the view & fireplace. Layout was great and good size room. One couch each was also great for evenings in front of the gas fire. Loved the light dimmer for the lounge as well, and the light switches next to the bed meaning no getting up to switch the bedroom lights on or off. If I was being picky, there were no power points (but I didn't look very hard) next to the bedside tables, but plenty of other options for charging, and the Forks are made for giants, but not really an issue. Very practical place to stay with everything you need including a washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee maker, oven and electric hob (although didnt use), dishwasher, and spacious fridge. Shower was also good, with good pressure and good hot water supply. The bathroom had underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm, and a mirror that self de-fogs. We didn't get time to use the spa or gym, but did check them out and they looked great! Also a BBQ up there available for use. Enough space to park, with under cover and open space options available. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again, and we are admittedly, quite fussy too!

Only for trying to find something wrong...no big issues... Forks for giants, no power points next to bed. Couldn't find the clothes airer, but again, really no big deal! The bathroom floor is sort of a wet area when you shower, be sure to use the squeegee provided so you don't get wet socks later! Found it hard to use the washer dryer combo setting (technically challenged) but found if I put a wash on following the instructions provided it seemed to work if I left it overnight.

Everything!! It was so perfect… we got a bit of a shock when we walked in at how beautiful everything was!! The washing machine, cute little user friendly kitchen!! Nice and warm though-out, gorgeous natural flame fireplace…good size bathroom and a great shower head… Bef was super comfortable..we could actually live in this unit!

Nothing to dislike actually, but we did find the sliding door very heavy to manoeuvre, but not a big problem;) I’m assuming it was like that to keep the cold out, which we really appreciated:)

We enjoyed our stay at Highview Apartments and the time we spent exploring Queenstown. Check-in was easy and Luca was very helpful. The lake view apartment was very comfortable and the view over the lake and mountains was outstanding. We cooked some of our meals in the well supplied kitchen. The walk down into the main harbour area was about 15 minutes and using the path below the apartments was convenient. However the walk back up to Highview apartments may prove challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Lovely walking trail is located at the top of the Highview apts road, offering more gorgeous views. I would recommend Highview apartments for the wonderful views, comfort, value and helpful staff!

The "no barrier" shower tended to leak out into the bathroom floor but a floor squeegee was supplied to make clean-up easy.

Stayed in a studio apartment, which was clean and modern; there were plates, fridge, and glasses to facilitate breakfast; bed was comfortable and room was warm. The spa was good. Good place to stay with a group; would recommend organising ski hire directly to the door.

Sometimes a little noisy since room overlooked the car park area (note: you can book rooms with lake views). It is a circa 12 min walk to the downtown area, which is a steep walk for about half of the distance on the return leg. Gym nice but equipment is sparse and dated.
