Outstanding view of the “Remarkables” mountains from our third level two bedroom apartment with adjoining 3rd bedroom via a door. 3 minute walk to town. Apartment had enough space for 6-8 people to hang out comfortably in the lounge area around the gas fireplace. It had all the facilities required including a good kitchen, dining table for 6, washing machine and dryer and a good size balcony with table and 4 chairs.

The doors on the two bedrooms in the apartment were French style doors with glass windows that had curtains for privacy. A strange setup for an apartment. The bedrooms were on the small side but both had a reasonable size en-suite. The beds were very hard. The couch was big but needs updating as it is showing its age. The same goes for the curtains. The rest of the apartment is very good though.

Great location and amazing lakefront view from our room! It’s just 2 min walk from the main square of Queenstown. Our suite was very spacious and has complete kitchen amenities. Shower was very spacious and i love double sink in the bathroom. Linens were very clean.

The room is a bit dated and i feel like the carpet is not clean. The layout of the hotel isn’t so convenient to move around with a luggage. We had to cross to another building to get to our room and it was raining, no roof in crossing. Back of our room faces the main road, many pedestrian walks on this road so we had to close the curtains to maintain privacy.

Loved the view overlooking the lake. There is plenty of room in both apartments for our party of 5. Love the self-contained and fully furnished apartment. Able to wash and dry, cook your own meal and walking distance to cbd.

The tap in the kitchen sink was difficult to use. Came on full force whether want to or not. The lounge was too low to the ground and uncomfortable to sit in without using multiple pillows under your bottom and behind your back. Could see small defects like a chip in the kitchen tiles, skirting board falling off under the kitchen bench. Nothing that impacted our stay.

The location and the view from balcony is amazing. And the apartment is very well equipped, full kitchen, fireplace, Staff are super friendly and attentive.

We didnt know there is a “third bedroom” in the apartment with a separate entry. So children were too excited and praised the place with excitement when we checked in at night (they were not screaming or anything, just excited) so we got a “friendly reminder” as guests called the reception. so we were all a bit paranoid and try to be quiet for the next few days. As we didn’t want to interrupt guests there.

Huge room! Fantastic for a family of 4. Beds were amazing. Breakfast was good. Kitchen facilities were great. Bathrooms were great and amenities supplied. The washing machine and dryer in the room was great. The view was stunning. Great spot for New Year's and it was surprisingly quiet/soundproofed when there was a party going on above us. Kids even slept through the fireworks down the road.

The fireplace didn't seem to turn off (it's pilot light was always on and glass felt warm to touch) so made the room slightly stuffy. The air-con didn't reach both bedrooms so it was hot for summer. The lift closes quickly when you press the button for your floor so make sure you are all in the lift before you press (our kids got scared as the doors almost closed before we parents got in, but it stopped them racing ahead of us and arguing about who would push the button, so it's a win-win).

We stayed for our honeymoon and I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great, and the view from our room was beautiful. The staff left a bottle of champagne and a little note in our room for our honeymoon which was a lovely surprise - thank you! The room itself had plenty of space, the bathroom was modern and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The free guest laundry was very handy. Overall such a lovely stay, I would highly recommend.

I’ve still given the hotel 10/10 as the points I didn’t like were not really anything the hotel had done wrong, more a design oversight. The only thing that bothered us was that the interconnecting door between our room and the room next door (for larger groups I assume) meant that guest noise disturbed us. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Staff were helpful in calling up to guests room when it got too much though. There’s no restaurant or room service which would be so welcome haha, we did know this before booking though so absolutely fine, but we did find ourselves wishing for it a couple of times.

The hotel was a bit older but very pleasant, the location was lovely just a short walk to the main shopping village and every type of restaurant you could imagine. The apartments are spacious and clean, heated bathroom floors make a huge difference in the cold weather and the beds were warm and cosy. The apartment is well insulated and easy to heat. There is a spacious patio with beautiful views of the lake and mountains!

The bedrooms on our floor faced directly onto a road with lights on all night, the curtains did not quite cover it.

The lake view from the 3rd floor was excellent and location fantastic. Very comfortable rooms, had everything we needed.

Initially we were on level 7 - this was the worst floor in the building. The “lakeview” on level 7 was not as described and this is false advertising. TO THE MANAGEMENT: These rooms should be advertised at a cheaper rate as a “partial lake view” to avoid complaints and disappointment!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with adjoining hotel room to make it 3 bedrooms. stunning views over lake and the mountains - we could not have wished for more. apartment was sensational - beds super comfortable -3 bathrooms perfect for 3 girls. Loved the heated floors, fireplace - just a few minutes walk along the lake to restaurants, shops, gondola. It truly was the best place for a 5 night stay in Queenstown. Kitchen was well equipped though we mostly ate out, it was good for breakfasts. Staff friendly and helpful - we shall remember this one forever

The staff were fantastic and seemed a bit embarrassed that they couldn't meet our expectations and supply the room that we had booked online. They did give us complimentary breakfast and parking each day of our stay which was great. We did however have to share a bathroom, have no windows in the bedrooms and no balcony and view which we were expecting.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that Peppers could not supply the room we had ordered and they had to downgrade us. We would have preferred to have been informed before we got to the hotel so that we could decide whether to continue to stay there or not. This was not an option!
