Second time staying here. Good location and value for money. Place is quiet and tidy. Staff are always helpful. Close to cheap bus service.

Parking is limited. It can be hit and miss on parking. Otherwise no cons. All positive

Clean, comfy beds, quiet area, walk into town and free car parking. Kamal at reception was so lovely and helpful, he carried out suitcases up the stairs to our room.

It was a bit dated.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, and nothing was a problem for them. The front deck boasts a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, and we enjoyed sitting there for an afternoon cuppa and drink. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The complimentary bottle of bubbles and chocolates were a lovely surprise and a great start to our holiday. The communal lounge and kitchen were very handy and well equipped to make your own breakfasts and snacks.

The big walk up the hill to the property, wouldn't suit elderly or people with bad legs or injuries.

Located on a on the main road into town a short walk down the hill into town close to the foursquare and camp Street for the net track buses okay close to a bus stop on the route to and from the airport. Exceptionally clean exceptionally clean lovely staff member meet me and carried my bag and let me leave it there for the day and to check in. Beautiful showers lovely basin in your room air flowing through it nice room nice place nice stuff.

The movement sensor lights in the hallway to the single rooms would come on during the night and stay on for quite some time. The doors of the rooms had lots of space around them so the light got into the rooms at night.

Room is clean, fully furnished and functional kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Property has almost 15 parking lots, business was pretty good as we managed to get the second last parking spot as we checked in almost 9pm. Staff at check out was helping me to remove frost from the car windscreen due to winter.

Some areas to consider improving. The pillows provided were too thin for us, property owner can consider thicker or providing more thin pillows in the cupboard since there is no reception at night.

The location was fantastic—close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the crowds of busy party nights. The room and common areas were consistently clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and supportive, which made the stay more welcoming. The nice view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks was an extra delightful bonus. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay in Queenstown!

The room is not truly soundproof, so it can get quite noisy with people walking outside or opening doors to access the toilet/showers. Additionally, from 8 a.m., I've notice extra noise from cleaning the common areas and customer checkouts. As someone who wakes up early to enjoy the town, this didn’t bother me much, but it could be an issue if you prefer to sleep in. Furthermore, whether or not you have loud "neighbours" during your stay is a matter of luck.

I had booked a room for one night and when we saw the room I immediately booked for a second night. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view! But even if your room doesn't have a view over Queenstown, the large common room / kitchen has a great view. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. The bedroom has a basin which was super handy, and useful shelves, etc. We used the kitchen on one night and it was good. There is no oven but there are electric frypans and an air fryer. Our carpark was easy to get into, but some others may be a little more tricky - but it is free parking.

The bedroom was a little cold.

Clean and comfortable. The shared shower and toilet rooms were very updated, clean, and kept clean all day. (The showers have excellent, non-slip floors!) My single room was simple and comfortable. There was a sink in my room which was very helpful. Communal kitchen/lounge was well equipped and clean. (Toaster, kettle, airfryer, toaster oven, microwave, fridge. ) The outdoor sitting area was beautiful with a lake view. They were able to store my suitcase for two days while I went on a different adventure, and even made arrangements for it when the front desk was closed.

Friendly staff. Very clean and the rooms were attended to each day. The tea, coffee and little milk in the mini fridge were a good quality and replenished daily. Ample fluffy towels and bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable well presented with a lovely warm blanket. The outside room sitting area was a little bonus for quiet personal time away from everyone. There is a communal lounge area with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, airfryer, snack vending machine. Table and chairs to eat or play games at; we did crosswords and a large tv with Netflix, and large sofas. Also an outside balcony with table and chairs. Communal laundry with washer and dryer. I Highly recommend this establishment.
