Hurleys was clean with a 70’s vibe. Everything worked and the staff were very pleasant and obliging. We looked out over the busy Frankton Road, Melbourne Street intersection with lake and mountains beyond. The actions of drivers at the intersection was most entertaining.

Responded quickly to requests. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Spa Bath was excellent, rare to get a bath these days, let alone a spa bath. Great to have the stove top and microwave, so able to self cater.

Temporary Problem with the Queenstown water supply, we realise that this is completely beyond the model's control. We had to boil all drinking water. We feel that large bottles of bottled water should have been automatically supplied, as with other hotels. Or a reduction in the room rate, as we had to buy water and waste time boiling it. We feel also that when booking, people should be informed about the road works which limit car access, these road works are ongoing since 2020.

Due to flight delays we arrived later in the night but self check in was simple. The lady in reception was helpful and obliging and once we got a room with a nicer view, everything was much more comfortable. Staff/housekeeping still checked that we had fresh towels and that amenities/consumables were stocked up daily even though we didn’t put the service room sign on door handle, so that was great. Short walk into town or to the closest bus stops from Hurley’s. Nice little gym setup too. No lift for if you have a heap of luggage/suitcases, but depending on what level or side you are on, there is different entrances and different stairways for faster/shorter walks to your room so we didn’t find this a huge issue.

We checked in late in the pm, and it was so simple to grab our card and access our room. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, the room service ladies were so friendly considerate!! Even reception staff were great! It was perfect for our 9 night stay! A quick 10 minute walk to the town centre, many different routes to take, all very scenic. The complementary daily room service was a delight and incredibly useful! Bus stops literally a 2 minute walk away was a major + The room was spacious, bathroom perfect size, and the kitchenette and stove were incredibly helpful. definitely recommend, I would keep in mind that walking back to the motel is a steep uphill climb, so keep in mind injuries and capabilities, buses are also available to navigate this :)

The room was well featured and warm. The bed was soft but supportive. It is a short walk to the CBD and it has easy access to the main road out of town. The door lock cards generated an audible voice when "unlock" was successful. The ski storage and drying room was secure and next to the carpark. There was plenty of off street parking for a car, but the bus stop for mountain transport is just a 2 minute walk away. The bathroom has 2 showers. Our Premier suite had a spa bath.

I have no complaints. The hand basins could be upgraded from the 2 tap mixer to a flick mixer but it is still easy to use.

Great location on main route into town . We walked to town and caught a bus to and from airport which was only $2 with a Bee card which you can buy at the paper plus at the airport. Staff were Friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

It said we had mountain views I think but only a glimpse from the patio window. Would be nicer if the brick wall we stared at from the other window had something nice to look at, a plant , garden or mural painted on the wall. But it was winter. We would rather pay less and not have a view. We were only there in the evening and we're out and about during the day.

The location of Hurley's of Queenstown is great - an easy walk down the hill to the water edge, cafes and main tourist strip. Our rooms were very comfortable, well equipped and had a verandah or small courtyard. Hotel manager, Priyanka, was the best. She assisted our cycling group with everything we needed - safe storage for our bike bags until our return, provided a bucket for bike washing, provided bus timetable for airport travel and also assisted with an insurance claim for delayed baggage.

Our stay could not have been better!

The whole apartment was very spacious and clean and it would have had agreat view from the balcony if not for the massive roadworks going on right outside.

Did I mention the massive roadworks going on right outside. That wasnt information Hurleys gave out and luckily the rain prevented too much construction noise but if we'd stayed a few more days it would definitey be an issue. So Hurleys please let people know that fairly vital bit of information thanks. Oh and when you get free ear plugs at reception that's a bit of a red flag.

Nice balcony, clean room. Prianka, the manager went well beyond the normal service offered. We are on a walking vacation- two sisters celebrating our 70th birthdays. We arrived dragging our suitcases from the airport- a walking exercise to finish up a 24 hour trip from Los Angeles. She reached for our key, took my sister's suitcase and walked us up to our second floor room. We had a cozy room complete with a little kitchen. We took advantage of the shared laundry facility to wash the clothes we had traveled in. It was quiet and comfortable, but by far the best characteristic of the stay was the service. When it was time to leave we arranged to leave our bags with Prianka, walk twelve miles to our next stop, then send an uber driver to retrieve our bags. Prianka was there to pass the bags on to him. If you want someone kind and friendly to greet you and assist you with your stay, this is the place.

The room was great value for money. The room was spacious and it was awesome having a kitchen so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. The view from our room was lovely and it was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The staff were super lovely and helpful.

Not much! The kitchen could have been a little better equipped and the pillows were quite flat (though the staff were really helpful in sending up extra pillows)
