The location was close to town. The arty decor was lovely, and the use of dark jewel tone colours made the environment very cosy. Having a good continental breakfast available was great and complimentary sodas, water & milk available 24/7 was a nice touch too. Liked that entry was via a numerical key pad making for good security. The staff were great and very friendly, made you feel very welcome.

The only thing was the bed, great if you like a softer bed not so great if you’re used to a firmer bed. Left one of us very stiff and sore.

Rooms were large, with a small patio including chairs, and gave a great view of mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Happy hour in the lounge every day for free, with a choice of wines and beer together with snacks. This felt more like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Highly recommended

There was nothing I did not like.

The staff were incredibly good - super friendly and super helpful (but not over the top - just perfect service). The location is great - not right in the heart of the city, but only a short walk away, so quiet but central. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains were very effective at making the room dark for sleeping. Happy hour was lovely - relaxation with free wine and nibbles at the end of the day.

Breakfast was just so so. Parking was a little difficult to find.

The hotel was very stylish and was in a great location. The beds were very comfy and the rooms was extremely spacious. All the staff we met were very accommodating and helpful.

I did think there were things missing for this being 5*, like no robes, no Bluetooth speaker, and no option for cooked breakfast - there isn't a real dining room or bar. We had a lovely stay, but I'm surprised it rates 5*. There is limited off street parking so advise booking in advance.

The room was nice, windows open, big bathtub with bath salts, very friendly helpful staff, close to waterfront stores restaurants. Complimentary room snacks, cold water in fridge.

Coffee. Espresso machine in room or instant, milk in fridge no way to heat it up = cold coffee. Went down for breakfast, same thing. Asked for hot milk, staff obliged. Better brand of coffee pod for espresso maker would make it taste less like motor oil! Do not recommend breakfast, choose a cafe instead. Limited choices, if they added a few things like yogurt fruit other than whole apples, it would be ok. Pastries were fresh.

Quiet location a short walk from the city centre. The size of the room itself was spacious. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Modern decor was a nice touch. Parking availability either on site or off street. Nice bottle of Pinot welcomed us as well.

Some of the rooms (bedroom & breakfast area) were little dusty. Bathroom doesn't quite scream "5 star". No lift.

Absolutely everything. The location is perfect, so close to the city centre. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have a lovely big bath to soak in after a day out and the decor is quirky and homey. We enjoyed the continental breakfast provided and the evening happy hour was a delightful surprise. Most importantly all the staff were wonderful. Parv is an excellent manager and it shows in the attitude of the staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you book here for your Queenstown holiday.

Great Location - 5-minute walk from downtown area Very comfortable seating area in room Very comfortable king bed Nice big bath and they even included bath salts Staff was excellent and the manager went above and beyond. Just so nice!!! Happy hour every day with complimentary wine and nibbles. Free washing machine/dryer access Nespresso type coffee maker in room and fresh bottled milk stocked in fridge along with juices, waters, and a few snacks. Nice outside patio area to sit and relax.

Happy Hour was a fab way to relax, meet and share holiday tips with other guests. Another memorable aspect was the individual decor which made it less corporate. Little extras like drinks and snacks readily available were much appreciated. The hotel was so handy for the entire of town, just a short stroll.

I liked the breakfast but my husband wasn’t so keen. It was close to the centre but this meant there were no views.

The vibe and style of the hotel was amazing! It was a small boutique Art deco style … I can’t even explain it!! On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They had complimentary happy hour, which included free wine and cheese boards. We had an insignificant issue with the shower, however we raised this with the staff just so it didn’t look like we broke the shower. The staff went above and beyond to ensure this did not impact our stay, even offered us a seperate room. We declined of course because it was such a minor issue and the shower was still operable. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience , they offered us complimentary breakfast for our stay. I will definitely be back!! If I could offer 10 star review, i would!
