The location was great as it is very close to the town centre. Great mountain view outside. The bathroom was massive and seems newly renovated. Comfortable beds and the kitchenette including cook wares, cutlery and crockery were clean and sufficient. Great 1 bedroom unit overall.

The bedroom was relatively small and so the majority of the space was taken up by the queen size bed. The closet was small and dated. It seems the bedroom was smaller than the bathroom and looks like it's due for a renovation. The pillows were not firm and quite low and so not comfortable to sleep with. Overall the entire motel looks dated and could do with a bit of renovation/maintenance.

The apartment was located only a short stroll from the town; admittedly it was on a hill so the uphill return took a wee bit longer than going down into the centre but this wasn’t an issue at all. Whilst we didn’t cook during our stay, the apartment was equipped with all you would need for a complete self catered vacation. The bed was SO comfortable; usually I’d be yearning for my own bed by the second night on our breaks away but not this time…

Wasn’t a problem for us at all as we spent very little time within the apartment but in the lounge area there were 2 single beds taking up a lot of space and therefore nowhere other than on them, the dining table chairs or the one arm chair located against the back wall to sit on if you wanted to watch the TV.

The location was pretty handy, we could walk to the centre of town in about 10 minutes sp getting to places was very easy. It was also on a route which went directly to the airport. The room was spacious and surpsringly warm, even without the heater turned on!

Some of the electrical sockets needs a bit of TLC. They were either quite lose or had some electrical issue and therefore wouldn't work. The kettle is a bit old too, so propabaly needs replacing soon, as it refused to turn on several times.

Reception was in the hotel next door, we didn't see much staff besides passing by the cleaning lady on our way out. Great accommodation, we had everything we needed: electrical pan, stove and extra pots, fridge, dish washing supplies and a water kettle with drinks. Supermarket is just arround the corner. Everything is in walking distance but parking is also available. Very, very helpful staff at the reception. He gave us a very early check in after arriving from a 38 hours trip to New Zealand and even lended us his personal bus card so we got a big discount. Would recommend.

The location was excellent as we did not want to drive our hire car .it was an easy walk into town and close enough that a taxi we took once due to lots of shopping was a really good price.

Had an issue with the blind about our bed. The room was very clean except the toilet brush in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Also we booked a queen size bed and I'm 100% sure it was a double

The location is a 5 min walk to town, absolutely perfect for my wee family, beds were so comfy we had the best sleeps, we slept like an old person in a rest home haha, the heating was epic, staff were very polite, we were late to check in and the staff were able to give me quick instructions, very humble and polite receptionist, definitely a great place to stay, and it was a real bargin.

Location was great. Walkable distance to lake and restaurants Clean and comfortable room

Not that this is something hotel can help, but being on the main road into town the Traffic noise was non-stop. The windows are double glazed so that helps. This is so other visitors are aware.

It was just 5 min walk to town so it's pretty accessible simply by walking going to town. The place is clean especially the bathroom. And the price is not that expensive considering a good view to Ben Lomond mountain/ Gondola. Heat pump works well that gives a warm stay especially in winter.

Maybe if they have a hot jacuzzi or indoor gym

Great location, just a 5-10min walk to the town centre/shops. The room that we were in had stunning views of the mountains and town centre. It is very close to bus stops either side of the road, which was good on the days we did not have a rental car.

Nothing much, just trivial things to us that may be deal breakers for others: - We were on the top floor, end of the hallway unit and the noise from other units was minimal but still discernible. We could only imagine how it’s like on the bottom units. Sound proofing needs to be improved I think. - The style of the facilities are dated, needs a refresh.

this hotel is located at a very short walking distance to town center and offer a parking place.

The room is quite big, with a small kitchenette and a table and the bed is confortable. we love the location. However the front door is part of a large set of bay windows and everyone passing by could see into our room. Therefore for privacy we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time .
