**Room Facilities:** The room is very spacious, with a bedroom, a living room, and kitchen facilities. It was very comfortable for three people to stay for a week. The hotel is newly renovated, so all the cabinets, facilities, and kitchen utensils are brand new and complete, providing a great experience. We stayed in winter and were worried it might be cold, but the heater worked exceptionally well, keeping the room warm. Mattress is firm which is great! **Hotel Location:** The location is excellent, and it received high ratings in previous reviews. There is a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient to get to the airport and Arrowtown, especially when carrying luggage. It’s just as convenient as taking a taxi. There's also a quiet road leading down from the hotel to Queenstown Garden, making it easy to walk along the lake, which is much closer than accommodations in the town center. Getting to the center is also very convenient; there is a shortcut that leads directly to the town center and the lakeside in just 5 minutes. Just be aware that the path is a bit steep, so don't rush. This path is well-lit at night, and many people use it, so it feels safe to walk. **Hotel Service:** The hotel met my requirements. I requested a quiet room on the ground floor as my parents are elderly and stairs are inconvenient for them. They arranged a ground floor room for us facing away from the road. Although it's on the ground floor, it’s not damp because there are rooms below us due to the terrain. Our room faced the snow-capped mountains, offering a great view, including the Skyline Gondola and the restaurant on the hillside. **Staff:** The staff were very nice and caring. On the day we checked in, it was raining and the room wasn’t ready yet. My dad sat at the front desk while my mom and I went to explore the town. During this time, the front desk staff offered my dad coffee. Whenever we encountered any issues in the room, they responded very quickly.

Suggestions: It would be better if the living room light could be separated between the kitchen area and the bed area, so the light won't disturb someone resting in bed. Regarding the electrical issue, if you find an outlet isn't working, check if the circuit breaker has tripped. We experienced this a few times. These are minor issues, and knowing the cause helps.

Amazing location, close to everything in Queenstown.

A large stain on the couch in our room. The stove top seemed to be on its way out as it took a very long time to heat up. Hotel is on a main road however so you will hear traffic.

The room was new and everything in the room felt new. The closeness of the place to the town centre was so convenient to get our daily Patagonia hot chocolate fix! Plus all the restos nearby. The room was also quiet and the blockout curtains was a bonus! Helped us sleep in longer with the kids. Family friendly facility. Highly recommend staying at this place.

We needed to do an early check out. The key box was very hard to locate as it was out of sight and behind a possibly fire escape staircase. Probably need to putting up a sign or arrow of where it is from the reception would help others in case verbal instructions from the staff aren't too precise.

The motel was centrally located, less than a 5 minute walk down to the lakefront, and the reviews are right, it is a steep hill on the way back up! I stayed in room 201 and had beautiful views of the lake, mountains and skyline gondola. The room was presented perfectly, it was clean, light and airy. The heaters worked well, especially the one in the bathroom and the heated towel rack was a nice treat! The beds were comfortable and I loved the weighted blankets. The kitchen had everything you would need, and they provide you with a small amount of milk and some coffee capsules. The onsite laundry was handy, and it is $5 to get atoken to use it. Also great that they had free, onsite parking. In review, this was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. I will be back!

I left the windows open during the day and returned to about 20 mosquitoes. Perhaps some fly screens on the windows could be added.

Location. Bus availability nearby. Helpful pleasant staff

Microwave heating is too high to safely use with a broken arm and i am short 1.56cm. Can not turn on bathroom heater without standing on a stool. Magnified mirror is too high to be of use. The safety regulations for Fire are inaccurate as to location of Fire Extinguisher. Found up on a shelf. I think is a breach of Health and Safety. It needs to be mounted . I could not get the heater in the bedroom to work. Power cord to lounge heater is a falls risk as it is looped in the entrance to bedroom on the floor.

Location, Free parking on site and just 500m, 7 min walk from heart of town. Heated bath racks so towel is toasty after a shower. Shower, good size, good water pressure. Drains well. Space. Very spacious 1 room apartment. Not sure if I got an upgrade against my booked room. With 2 seater couch and 3 person dining set. Lots of space to spread things out for packing. Kitchenette! With 2 complementary espresso pods and a bottle of fresh milk. (stove top, full sized fridge freezer, microwave, sink) Info: the walk from town is very uphill. But worth the convenience for free parking. FYI only, no housekeeping for duration of stay, but they will give u fresh towels if asked. Helped me book taxi to airport for 5am. Didn't grumble when asked to check my taxi booking next day

No ventilation unless windows open. But cold outside and my room was next to the road and traffic noises. Fast dry macpac thermal didnt dry overnight although draped over a chair and placed next to heater or the heater bathroom rack. But there is a fan tower unit available for use

The layout of the room was space maximising so it felt quite spacious for myself and definitely will not be too much of a squeeze if there were two people. Bed is comfortable. There is no air conditioning provided but there's a fan but I didn't really use it except to cool the room when I first entered. Location is accessible from town but it's up the slope so just something to keep in mind when travelling with suitcases. The shower stall was spacious with a good pressure for the shower but the sink narrow and small if you're the sort that likes to put a cup with your toothbrush and toothpaste by the sink but that didn't bother me at all.

We rented a studio type apartment for 4 nights *Location- We were happy because it is walking distance from everything. > If you want to go to Skyline for Gondola and Luge it is just 10-15 mins walk , if you want to drive, theres parking area but have to pay ( 20% discount if you have skyline ticket) > 3 mins walk to Queenstown Garden/Ice Arena > 5 -7 mins to Queenstown cbd ( restaurants , attractions, activities, sceneries) * Room- I like it because it's fully equipped kitchen so we cook our food whatever we like to eat. > have 3 single bed which is okay , 1 bed for each of us. > have mini wardrobe where you hang your clothes and steam iron / board you can use as well. > heater in room and toilet/bathroom coz it's really cold *Toilet/bathroom- private toilet/bath > have space for shower room > body wash and 2N1 shampoo/conditioner provided * Parking Area- plenty of parking space. *Staff- they're all friendly and approachable.

We were expecting to have mountain view but our room was at the back. We can only see the view if we were going out but despite for that still we really like our stay in Blue Peaks.

Self contained kitchen but a chopping board is missing Room size: good and a small dinning table in the room. Location: 10min walk to town center. Washing machines: need to purchase token from reception. They have clothes hanging rack available We stayed at the other side of the motel which require took a stair case down to room. Our department day coincided with raining heavily in the morning, loading our luggage to car without getting wet was a challenge esp if there was a big campaign with trailer parking there.

Cooking ware was a bit old with lots of visible scratches. Suggest to use stainless steel materials

Room and en suite clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and restaurants etc. Steep hill up and down so keep in mind if you have mobility problems. Well equipped and has a laundry so that was a bonus. Offered milk at reception which was nice. Off road parking.

Room in a 3 sided quadrant so overlooked through sliding glass door all the time. This door opens into the car park so cars almost up to the door. There were curtains which were good and thick but I think you get what you pay for in Queenstown and so we probably can't complain too much for the price as we knew it was at the cheaper end of rentals.
