It was easy access to town. You could walk or drive - easier to walk. Great value for a ski town, but I did book almost a year in advance. It was great having a kitchenette as we were able to do a shop and heat up food etc in the microwave, or use the fridge for things. We found it centrally located. They gave us an upgrade with a view of the lake and mountains which was great. The room was clean and bathroom was updated and super clean with a heater drying rack. The free WiFi was good. Although we were on the main road, we didn't hear much noise. No complaints. I'd happily stay again.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Was kind enough and accommodating. Although not in the city center, it was close enough and a good exercise walking back and forth up the hill.

I didn’t like that the daily housekeeping did not fully clean the room. They only replaced towels, empty trash basket and replenish condiments however any spillage on the counter, dirty bath tub , trash anywhere else, were never cleaned. Left as is for the duration of the stay. So room didn’t feel fresh and clean at the end of the day. Thus would have boosted the overall experience.

Stayed 3 nights. One bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable and had a view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped (microwave, cooking hob, and coffee and tea making facilities) - suitable for light cooking. TV also had multiple channels - suitable for families with kids. Ample parking within the compound. Good location, along the main road into Queenstown and a short 12 minute walk into town / to the lake front. Roadworks were still ongoing but did not impact us in any way (e.g., no noise after hours / still quiet at night and property can be accessed via Frankton Road). Staff were responsive / helpful with queries and flexible with check-in.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely table and chairs in the window to enjoy the view. A microwave, hotplate and fridge in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful when we had something to sort out and responded promptly. the bed was massive and so comfortable. There was a spa bath which we didn't get around to using. A brisk walk up from/down to town, but also accessible by bus, and lots of parking. Also really nice was the fact that it was a small motel - much of the other accommodation in the area was huge hotels with masses of rooms and floors and people.

Unfortunately for the owners the city of Queenstown were repairing the road, specifically the section right outside our window - so the view was minimised by hoarding and machinery. But as it turned out while we were there there was minimal interruption and noise.

I appreciated that this accomodation had off street parking, as with previous stays to the Queenstown area I have had to find street parking which is often difficult. The room we stayed in (Standard Studio) was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. The room felt clean and tidy and we appreciated the room service/bed reset in the mornings. It was nice to have sky tv in the room, as well as a great range of kitchen cooking equipment to be able to cook meals!

Our apartment had a beautiful lake and mountain view. The kitchen is well equipped, and the whole apartment was very clean. We loved the possibility to turn on the heating, as the weather was quite cool. The motel is on the main road, though not at all noisy, the hustle and bustle of Queenstown centre is within walking distance, and the are local buses too. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Nothing, we loved everything!

Location had a beautiful view of the lake and mountain ranges. Close enough to walk into town, even for young children. Well equipped with everything we needed, great sized bathroom, great shower pressure. Clean and neat.

Guest noise was an issue at times. Some other guests did not adhere to the no-noise policy and when you stay on the ground floor there is plenty of noise that comes through from the floor above.

Perfect for us, it's four of us and the views are excellent when you go outside and it's only walking distance to the town.

Just wasn't prepared for self checked in, we have to locate the key in the box near the door for check in. Glad it was easy to figure out. I probably missed the email because I didn't have signal and I miscalculated the time difference of Australia and New Zealand. Didn't thought of 2 hours difference.

Everything! On balance, the best place we have stayed on our trip. The staff were super helpful, the apartment well equipped, great bath / shower, comfortable bed. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Extra bonus was the laundry, only 2$ for the dryer and all came out totally dry. Result!

Nothing! It's worth noting for those with limited mobility. It's a bit of an uphill walk back from the town, but it's not far.

Great location with being able to walk into town. Clean Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels/flannels. Had everything we needed.

The roadworks outside were going all night and kept us awake. It would have been fair to let us know about this when we booked or as soon as the motel was aware the road works were continuing during the night. We should have been made aware the heater was on as it had a large chair right in front of it that we put clothes over and we went to bed with it like that. Thankfully, I got out of bed as it was too hot in the room and looked around to see if there was heating on somewhere in the room.
