The living and deck areas had wonderful views and the kitchen was very spacious and well-equipped for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and also had nice views. The washer and dryer were a plus! It was a very nice place and within walking distance to downtown and gardens area.
The parking garage for the unit that we rented was very challenging to enter due to a very steep grade and uneven pavement. Although I was able to manage it, it is challenging unless you have a very small vehicle.

The view is fantastic - every window in the apartment offers a beautiful look over Frankton Arm. The space is very clean and well-appointed with nice furniture, a jetted tub, and a good refrigerator. Overall this was the nicest place we stayed during our trip to New Zealand - you absolutely cannot beat that view.
The parking spaces are tight to get into, especially if you have a larger car. The people who had the garage next to us couldn't fit their van into their garage space so they left their car in our shared parking lot, which made it difficult for us to get our car in and out of our space. As a heads up to anyone who is booking, the apartments are on a steep hill, and there are stairs to get to some of them. I would not consider this space a good fit for anyone with mobility aids, especially if you plan on walking to the bus stop.

Great stay experience for my family! The views of the lake and mountains from the rooms are awesome. The fixtures and equipments of the rooms are very good. Beds are comfortable. Toiletries and beverage supplies are ample and of good quality.
There is no air con but heaters are provided. We feel all right during cool summer days during our stay. For people who dislike heat on hotter days, they may not find the rooms suitable. The drive ways from entrance to our unit and the drive ways to the exit are on rather steep slopes. Suitable for skilful drivers.

The view, the facilities, the people, the view, the pool, the proximity to town without being in town - It matched everything we'd hoped for. Power boats, personal boats and water taxis passing your window all day. Rainbows from the balcony, stars at night Nothing disappointed from the core perspectives
A construction site to our left was audible all day and not ideal - but that's not on Spinnakers. The lack of a cover over the balcony to shelter from rain. The parking was tough but certainly not impossible for most competent drivers. As a person with a mobility disability I only went bonnet deep into garage to park but that was no issue, for us or our neighbours access.

We loved our stay at the apartment, and were blown away by the stunning view of the lake and mountains as we entered the living area. The accommodation was mostly very well equipped and we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, very quiet, but only a 25 min walk along the very pretty lakeside into Queenstown. The washing machine and drier were also great, thankyou.
The parking. Unfortunately, like other guests we did find it rather challenging, and reckoned that we had one of the 2 worst garages to park in (appnt no 10). However, after the initial shock our very able driver navigated it well and was able to manoeuvre our car in and out of the garage. Also, possibly a few more, and larger mugs and some extra crockery would have been useful as we had lots of room in the dish washer, and would rather have not kept putting it on because we had run out of things.

We loved the view from each unit. The townhouses were very spacious and well decorated. The bath and kitchens all well appointed and supplied. Easy parking in front of the units. Really appreciated the washer and dryer units as easiest we found on a vacation to use. It a bit of a walk into Queenstown, so better to have a car to go back and forth. Was nice to do breakfast in our unit and even have wine and appetizers in the evenings all together.
The access from the main road is a little tricky, but once you figure it out it is fine. There are stairs in the unit as the bedroom and bathroom is downstairs from the living room and kitchen.

amazing apartment which was huge! on two levels. Beautiful view over the lake from large picture windows and a small balcony. very spacious open plan, lovely kitchen area with everything we needed. Even had a garage for our car. Steps out the back down to a path which was then a lovely lake side walk into the city. Amazing place for shops, restaurants, great buskers in the evening. we had the best trip of our months tour, to Milford Sound. We took the coach there, then the cruise, finished off with flying back in a small plane. Saw hundreds of waterfalls and flew over glaciers, amazing experience.
nothing, everything was perfect

Exactly as described. Great views over the lake and towards the mountains. Spacious and great for whole family to spread out. Excellent having 2.5 bath in the 3 bedder for a big family. Well equipped kitchen/laundry made setting up for a week as a foreigner easy! Lovely managers. Bus pick up for Remarkables just outside. We drove a Kia Carnival and it fit perfectly into garage. Loved having a fireplace. Easy and pretty walk into town. We would definitely recommend.
It is getting a bit tired in areas which you would expect with an older building.

View was amazing. The size of the apratment was great for our group of 4. Plenty of room in the kitchen and lounge area upstairs, and privacy by having the bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and the bigger bedroom had a bath in the ensuite. We could walk down some stairs at the front of the property to access the walking track which leads into downtown Queenstown. We were allowed to have extra towels to use in the swimming pool.
The parking, the driveway and getting back onto the main road were all a bit tricky to navigate, but that's pretty standard for Queenstown.

The location and the space of the the apartment was fantastic. The view from the living area is exceptional, like looking at a painting. It was very clean and cosy and perfect for our family of 4.
I would have given it an exceptional rating if the bathrooms were updated. They were clean, so it was not a huge problem, but they are a bit outdated. The narrow stairs going downstairs to the bedrooms were also a bit dangerous. My husband fell down them and could have really hurt himself. Luckily it wasn't one of the kids. This in no way affected our trip, just minor things.
