I chose this BnB for it's charming, original, cozy rooms with fluffy blankets and pillows and a swing chair! I was traveling with a 9 year old girl who loves all things fluffy ;-) Peggy amazingly upgraded us to the lake view room so that we had our own private bathroom, a superb view, and she moved the swing chair in from another room just so I could surprise my daughter with it :) Awesome, thanks Peggy :) The bed was soft and super comfy, felt really blissful in there :) Very quiet as well, even though there's a road running along the edge of the lake close by. Unfortunately we didn't meet Peggy, who was unexpectedly away for a family emergency. We weren't sure where the kitchen/common area was and if we were allowed to freely use it. But we called Peggy and found it just a few steps down from our room, through a door we thought was somebody's bedroom ;) Lovely large space to hang out and full kitchen available for guests, with a great lake view. Great little WE getaway for 2 :)

Beautiful B&B room with full ensuite and excellent decor, and also many thoughtful facilities provided. The room and ensuite are spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our flight was cancelled at short notice and we were lucky to find this gem for a one night stay. Host Peggy was very welcoming on our arrival despite the late notice check-in and made us feel right at home. Close to Queenstown Airport (7k) with magnificent views over Lake Wakatipu, the location is excellent and we would love to have been be able to stay longer. Highly recommend this accommodation Thanks Peggy!

Lovely friendly host who does everything possible to help you enjoy your stay Fabulous location with absolutely stunning views Great breakfast with loads of choice Our room was a really good size with excellent facilities Parking nearby was easy when we stayed here Quiet neighbourhood and less than 10 minutes drive into town Town is buzzing on a Saturday night and we would have liked to stay longer but our itinerary said otherwise!

The room was fantastic with incredible views of the mountains. Peggy is a delight and I can't wait to bring my family back to enjoy this little slice of heaven. Highly recommend including breakfast - Peggy is an amazing chef!

The owner is Ms Peggie , she was amazing lady because of she had a rich artistic cell for her life ! Magnificent lake& Mountain scenery & clean & Delicious Breakfast as well ! Enjoyed it all of time during my stay . I would like to book this accommodation again 100% : )

Great Host! So kind, and pleasant nice family! Our room had great view, very comfortable and so happy there. We could do a wash of clothes, and hang to dry in the sun. Nice breakfast, meeting new folks, from everywhere. Quiet, clean and very comfortable! Hope to stay again!❤️

We stayed here as our flight from Queenstown was cancelled at the last minute. Pegz was super kind making us a delicious breakfast even though I’d just booked the room, allowing us to stay later in the morning and taking care of our luggage for the day. She goes over and above for her guests and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Nothing to not like, it was excellent.

You can tell the owner has put in lots of effort and creativity to make the house look nice and comfortable! The bathroom smells like five star hotel with everything prepared for us. Bedroom is super comfy, the best thing is the view looking out to the lake! Breakfast was awesome as Peggy pampered us with food and drinks all prepared by herself.

Peggy was exceptionally accomodating. We had a cancelled flight and needed a room to stay for the night. She answered my call at 9:30pm and waited for us until 10pm. She was such an angel! The room was stylish, tidy and clean. We will book again on longer stay next time we are back in Queenstown!

Actually our flight turned to be earlier, and we didn't have time to eat breakfast. Hope the next time may.

I ignored there is no individual bathroom. We used one shared toilet and one bathroom. My friend said she felt cold in the room, but I used to live in a cold weather and I feel warm enough.
