The place is good and has a nice view, we enjoy the spa and that's what makes our stay more memorable The room is big and a complete package for cooking tools

But there is no exhaust fan for cooking and you need to open the whole door so that the smoke won't circulate in the room but it's winter so it's cold if you do that, and the microwave is not cleaned.

Minimal hot water when there it a lot of people booked in. we were down for a rugby tournament, and it was raining, so we wanted to have a nice hot shower when we got back. But unfortunately the water was luke warm. Told to wait an hour if no one else in the rooms use it. . .

Accessible and fairly close to main road and not noisy from road. We usually love the food in the restaurant and look forward to eating there without having to drive. Unfortunately they had removed the 'trout' from the menu which disappointed me as that is what I look forward to. However what we had was really good especially the creamy green lipped mussels.

Easy to find. The system in place for getting the key after the reception was closed. The close location of the supermarket and other shops to get food and drink.

No water in the cabin for cleaning up but the weather was fine enough to walk to the shared Kitchen 20m away. The strong winds made the cabin a bit nosy but that's not the place's fault. The plus side of being close to the main road was also a negative of being so close to hear all the traffic travelling past (namely trucks and motorbikes), but putting on some headphones fixed that.

The cabin was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff that I came across and spoke to on the phone were very friendly. I was upgraded at the last minute, and it absolutely made my day. Having checkin be so seamless and the upgraded cabin was the best ending to a loooong day of driving and learning that my Tongariro Crossing hike was canceled.

The room was tidy and well kept in terms of cleanliness. The kids really enjoyed the playground facilities. Location was great and close to everything.

The shower door was broken when we arrived however this caused us no issues whatsoever. The staff member was extremely accommodating and offered us another room. No other issues whatsoever

The location and facilities were excellent. Well set up with easy access and plenty of things for kids to do if you are travelling with young ones. The restaurant/bar were fantastic, and the meals were excellent!! An easy 5-minute walk to Turangi township

Mould in the bottom of the shower stall was our only negative

I loved that everything was so close together, restaurant right next door , playground for the kids , the pool sauna and spa. Everything we needed was right outside our door and when we would step off the property to get some groceries, it was literally across the street.

I loved everything about our stay

Location wise was great as I split my trip into an overnight stay on way back to Wellington..also was so handy to the City Center..very clean room and facilities as I was staying in a cabin..the Restaurant on-site the staff were so helpful..I got a meal which was amazing and had it in my room.

Amenities block quite run down, eg womens showers. Could use with a freshen up No cutlery in kitchen, had to go back to unit to eat Bouncy pillow was down when got there at 7ish, pool looked dirty and smaller pool wasnt filled up
