Great wind from the sea, balcony to watch the sunrise The location is amazing where the town is welcoming, the beach is great and Tim provided us with some shovels for the hot water beach which was so helpful!

The lack of AC was just unbearable. We didn't sleep at night because it was so hot at the room. We used 2 fans and it still didn't cool the room If you open a window you just get all the flies and insects from outside.. The shower was a bit smelly

Amazing room upstairs very comfy bed felt luxurious clean modern and very amazing bathroom The owner was very nice friendly and accommodating to us even put the heater on for us before we got there. The price was really reasonable for the room that we got which was an upgrade from standard to premium just because it's warmer the owner said and did it cos he was being nice and I thought that was really cool. Will definitely be coming back again in future.

Great location with free parking. Only an 18-min walk to the main town Centre, and right across the road from the beach. Generous sized-rooms with full kitchen facilities, and good shower pressure. Met Brad on arrival, who was very welcoming & friendly. Kindly upgraded us to an upstairs room (203), gave us some milk, and provided us with beach towels & a shovel for Hot Water Beach the next morning. Lovely stay - highly recommend!

Only 2 things to note: you can hear the doorbell downstairs for Reception. The wifi wasn't very strong (but we used that as an opportunity to switch off).

We had a delightful stay at Bailey's! The owner was incredibly helpful, guiding us through check-in and offering great local recommendations. The location is unbeatable—just across the road from the beach, with breathtaking sunrise views. It’s also a scenic 20-minute walk along the beach to the town center. The clear skies provided perfect stargazing opportunities, and the added bonus of free parking made everything even more convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was wonderful. We had a studio apartment on the first floor and it was furnished to a very high standard. There was a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The manager was really helpful and gave us lots of info on what to see and do in the area.

It wasn't an issue for us but it was a 30 minute walk into the town.

Everything, lovely room, comfy beds. beautiful location. The owners are lovely too and their dog is super cute! I stayed with my mum for her birthday and it was perfect for the two of us. The bathroom looked near new and the interiors are very pleasant.

Not much! Maybe a full sofa would have been better than the single chair.

Pillows are quite puzzling - i couldn’t sleep on one cause was very thin, two were too much. I found the owners dog at my room was not good. Ben was a bit tough when i was checking

A very friendly welcome to the hotel and lots of information about the local area - including a great recommendation for dinner at Marina Bay. Very clean and comfortable. Great position right on the beach and lots of stuff for hire if we’d had time like boards and bikes.

Nothing of note - this is very good value for money.

The room was spacious, clean and we had a balcony looking across to the beach. Ben was a great host and very helpful. Also left us to our own devices. Sometimes hosts poke their business into yours which is annoying

The owners are very friendly and helpful, they provided us with beach towels and spades to go to the hot water beach. The location in front of Buffalo beach is wonderful and the room is spacious for a family of 4.
