Breakfast was amazing, free coffee in the lounge. Friendly workers, pretty silent.

No free bottle of water in the room, but free small bottle of wine! The bottle of water from the bar costed about 8€, so I assume the business is going great. It’s a hotel wis a super big business congress center, so done to meet big delegations. They have sauna and a small gym, but no pool in a four star hotel for this money! That’s disappointing. If they make a pool, then It would be a four star hotel. Shuttle for airport two times an hour-8 € for 10 min ride. So it’s also not free, but at least comfortable.

Arrived on a late flight and we were flying on early the next day, so we just needed a place to lay our heads really. This went beyond expectations. The room was nice, comfy, clean, spacious, with a great bedroom and bathroom with a lovely shower. Staff were really nice and friendly. But the best thing was the breakfast which starts really early so even if your flight is first thing you can indulge. And it was so delicious. So much choice! Amazing pastries, hot options, cold meats, fruits, option to have pancakes or omelettes cooked to order and (of course) cured fish.

Dinner was lovely as was the bar. Some games were available in the bar which we utilised.

That the bus to the hotel wasn't free considering it was only 8 mins away. Had to go back to the airport to get into town which was 45 mins away. As we stayed at the hotel we had to eat at the restaurant. Food was nice but expensive and a very limited menu. They also charged for tomato sauce to have with the fries. The shower over the bath was an issue for me. I have mobility issues so this wasn't ideal for me.

The room is basic but had everything we needed for an overnite stay except there wasn't any tea or coffee facilities in the room. They are available in reception free of charge, but not quite the same as waking up to a cuppa. The restaurant for dinner was excellent, staff very friendly. Breakfast was included in the price, however due to our early departure we could only access a continental breakfast. Full bfast is available after 7.00am i think. We took the train from Oslo city, then caught the shuttle bus to the hotel. Bought a return senior ticket for NOK320 for both of us.

The room.was clean, but only one set of towels, and no bathmat. The details not quite to spec. It had the feel of an upmarket FIFO hotel.

I love everything about this spot, close to the airport. The shuttle is about 7 minutes, it costs 80 NOK each trip, they accept cash or cards (cards preferred as the driver has limited cash), the bus times are posted on a screen near the door. The reception was lovely and very helpful, I only speak English, so that was a treat for me.the restaurant has good food, not crazily priced and good portion sizes. The bed is the best part, it's so beyond comfortable. The washrooms are a great size, rooms are spacious, water gets super hot and has great pressure. There are tablets at the desk to make check in and check out super easy.

I loved everything, but if I had to nit pick the finishes in the rooms like carpets and drapes could be updated.

Good buffet style breakfast with live 'cooking stations' and choices for all. Beds are comfy and warm, a good shower over bath was offered although hairs in bath a little disappointing. A half hourly shuttle service from the airport (No. 40 bus) costs around £11 return pp and takes 10 minutes. A good room for the money so would book again especially as reception staff were quick and efficient dealing with a longish queue without any stress which we appreciated late at night. Phil C

It's a great place to stay if you want to specifically be near the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a paid shuttle service also. The breakfast was lavish by European standards with both hot and cold options and even a live counter for eggs. The lobby has a tea, coffee and hot chocolate counter which is free for the guests. They even gave us breakfast packs for our early morning flight! Would definitely stay again if I had to.

The rooms are rather small.

Clarion Hotel is very easy to find, and with the bus and shuttle service, it takes only 10 minutes to reach. The atmosphere is friendly, and the hotel is both nice and comfortable. There is music playing, which adds to the welcoming ambiance, and it’s a great place to stay, especially if you have connecting flights. I loved my room—it was very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. I would definitely come back again!

Breakfast was decent, though the selection was a bit limited. I especially missed having scrambled eggs.

My oh my, I had to go back to check how much we paid for the two days and I can say it was worth every cent paid. With money paid to value, I would recommend 💯. The gym is the best hotel gym I have used - not with every equipment as expected but has all the basics you need to keep fit on your holiday. The breakfast selection was too good and they respected people’s food allergies too. The staff? Helpful and cheerful. It is good to know that to get to the center, there is a shuttle to airport where you would catch a train or bus going to town but if that’s not an issue for you, I would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Loved everything
