The staff responded to my question when I booked. They helped during my stay. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Both were large. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Lovely decor. Comfy bed. All seemed clean and new. Good breakfast. Smoked makerel and all sorts more!

No negatives about the hotel. This is nothing to do with the hotel but I had to get a taxi because the airport shuttle stops running before the flights have landed. My flight was delayed and it was very stressful. In other cities, the bus waits for the last flight. Perhaps the hotels could petition.

The property is spacious. Rooms are large and common spaces are great (a lot to entertain you while waiting for your plane). Well located and easy and fast check-in. Friendly staff.

We received incorrect information about the time of the breakfast. We had to leave early to catch our plane. We were told that breakfast start at 6.30 am (so we thought we would miss it). When we left the property at 6 am breakfast had started already. We were disappointed not being able to enjoy due to miss communication from staff especially when breakfast is included in the price.

The hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was incredible. And the professionalism throughout was truly refreshing. I am genuinely grateful to each member of the staff who elevated the entire experience to a level of comfort I could not have imagined. What stood out most, though, was the dignity and character each person carried; something that feels harder and harder to find, especially in the United States, unless you are prepared to pay three times the price.

Very close to the airport with a shuttle bus service (for a fee) running every 30 min even late evenings and early mornings. There was a queue on the check-in desk so I chose online check-in via a tablet, which was very quick and easy. My next flight was at 7 am, the hotel is serving light breakfast from 4 am which is really great. I should say light breakfast here is better than full breakfasts in some other hotels :) Clean and quiet room, comfy bed, would love to stay again

I liked everything, nothing to improve

We had a very early flight and we were pleased to find they put on a truncated breakfast service from 4am. The room was a family room and very large. The reception staff was extremely helpful

This ‘airport hotel’ is 7km from the airport. The hotel advertised airport transportation, but it was just a bus that circulated round all the hotels in the area every 30 min or so and had a significant cost attached as well as taking quite a long time. It was much faster more convenient to order a taxi and for a family, worked out costing not much more. We concluded that we should have stayed in Oslo Centre and taken the airport train instead.

The room was comfortable but I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature went it got very warm in the middle of the night.

When the post stated ‘airport shuttle’ it should also state ‘at a cost’ (approximately $8 USD each way). I went in to the bar for a drink but the two staff members carried on a conversation never coming to my table so I left after waiting 29 minutes. The main restaurant was closed for a special event but the bistro had good food. The rep at the front desk was very professional and helpful.

Everything. Even the food at the restaurant was good. But it’s the staff that always makes for a pleasant stay and they were the best, from the front desk to the waitstaff. Fantastic. That you especially to Ida and Jay(?)…Jay helped me straighten out an issue with DFDS ferries and improved my trip 100%. And Ida was able to change my reservation very easily via email. Perfect. Thank you!

The hotel was really great and has items to make it a good stay for our kids. A welcome package, hula hoops in the rooms and a free ice cream at reception. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great and the shuttle stress free.

Options were limited at the restaurant, but it met our needs.

A convenient location with really nice lobby and good breakfast. Very kind and friendly staff. Easy to get to and from Gardemoen airport with shuttle bus (80kr). The rooms were fine, but VERY basic and somewhat old. The bed and chair were new and comfortable. I would imagine that this property is under a bit of a renovation now as Strawberry Hotels took it over. It suited all my needs though and I would go back.

Regular shuttles (around £9 return, every thirty minutes) from the airport to the hotel made this a convenient overnight stop. Nothing fancy, but a clean room with a comfortable bed.

There was quite a queue to check in, and then it was difficult to get a table at the restaurant (despite there being many empty tables). Not blaming the serving staff who were very overworked/confused - it was probably an (under)staffing issue, but it made the evening stressful.
