Pet friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast, super nice staffs, and convenient location. The room was prepared with 2 bowls for our dog which made us feel they really care and welcome our dog. Our dog felt very happy here which doesn't always happened. Our room had a view over pier and bridge. The location was great for exploring both Lofoten and Vesteralen. We felt Vesteralen is much more pleasant to explore than overcrowded Lofoten. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The interior design of the room was stylish and yet functional. A lot of little details were well thought of, especially the lighting design.

The breakfast coffee is too light for my liking. The one from thermo is a bit better but still quite light.

The building, the rooms, the location and most of the staff were superb.

We were encouraged to book to have dinner one night and we asked if being vegan would be OK. We were assured it would and there are not so many other places to eat out in Stockmarknes. It turned out that most of the menu was not vegan or adaptable either. A lot of this without this et. This was not dealt with so well by our server. We had to leave and try our luck elsewhere. We tried to book to use the floating sauna, it proved impossible as we are from the UK (no country option in the menu at the paying stage!) In the end the receptionist had to pay and we had to get cash for her.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the port and very near Hurtigruten Museum, a great little pub and a sauna in the sea.

The information on the TV and having to scan different QR codes for different things. Just have the information in a book or all on the TV screen. Why should we have to load it on our phones and then depend on the speed or not of WiFi?

Fantastic value for a great hotel. The biggest surprise was that the advertised parking was free and did actually exist. It is next to the hotel building and is only metres from the front door. This is so rare on Booking.com properties, which almost in all cases advertise parking but it actually turns out to be hundreds of metres away or requires additional payment. Clean new modern. Exceptionally comfortable room with black out curtains. Motion activated lighting in the bathroom automatically turns on a night light when you're near the door. Quiet and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Superb breakfast has many choices including make it yourself waffles with 5 different flavors of jams.

It is quite central, still quite, next to the hotel is a very nice and friendly pub where you can sit in the northern sun

Be prepared that not all rooms have a nice view, and the ones with a nice view are very expensive. Super modern architecture, unfortunately to Much artificial flowers (plastic) as decoration.

We enjoyed our stay there! The room was clean and cozy, we had everything we needed, even a small fridge and a kettle with cups, coffee and tea. The breakfast was fabulous, it was the best part of our stay there:) If we travelled in that area again, we would definitely come back.

Super friendly staff, I made an honest mistake by booking the room for wrong day but the receptionist found a solution for us. It was a great stay, the breakfast was delicious.

Sauna does not belong to the hotel so you need to pay extra for using it. The windows could be cleaned to have a better view.

The view from the room, the restaurant and the professional staff. Far from crowded during the winter season but will be glad to come back in the summer anyways.
