The house was very spacious, there are 3 rooms on the upper floor and 1 room on the lower floor, one of the rooms on the upper floor with a balcony, we can see the sunrise and sunset in the room, and provide with 1 parking, the kitchen with the complete equipment, so can do a cook, this house is be able to see the aurora if the weather is nice, and the location was very fantastic, near to airport and supermarket, we love this house so much, wish to stay again for our next visit, and will recommend to our friend.

The owner should provide washing mashing and dryer. We stayed here for 6D5N, after we hand washed our clothes, but had no space to put the clothes for dry, and the shampoo and body wash is no enough for our 5 pax use, we have to buy our self.

The location was great for us, and the views that come with it. There was good parking space and facilities are clean and up to date. Great value for money and great for larger groups, boat docks available if you're into scuba diving.

It was strange there was no microwave in the apartments, although it was not listed - the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. We didn't see the staff even once during our stay, and didn't get extra toilet roll we requested (we were 16 adults for 8 days and it ran out)

We had originally booked at Svinøya, hyggelig enebolig via Booking.com which cancelled on us just a week prior to our arrival. We should have guessed that they were going to cancel on us as there were many 'incidents' which hinted to us that they would do so. We had confirmed our booking in April for our stay in June and they had plenty of opportunity to cancel with lots of notice but chose to wait until the very last minute so we were very glad to find this apartment at Rorbuanlegget Svolvær Havn at the very last minute and at a reasonable price for such short notice. We stayed in an apartment with terrace. This is an automated apartment with keycode entrance. It was clean, relatively well maintained and had a fully equipped kitchen. It had a superb location with it's own jetty and a view towards Svolvaer. We parked our car right next to the apartment which has its own off street parking spot. The apartment was warm and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

It was a super cozy Apartment. Which had everything we needed during our stay there.

One of the showers didn’t drain properly, resulting in a flooding. In that bathroom the heater was also not working properly. Luckily there was a second bathroom where everything was working.

Really nice place, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a hot-tub outside (you need to pay for). Walking distance to the surrounding areas, including downtown Svolvaer, and 20-30 min drive to other big attractions in the region. Pristine cleaned inside.

The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms (we only used one), a big terrace linked to a jetty and sea view in two directions. 20 minutes healthy walk to the center of Svolvaer.

No instructions for the television, so we could not use it. There were several boxes for waste in the kitchen, but no instructions for the sorting. Outside there were bins, where people left all kind of litter in the same bin. The double bed was not as wide as normally in hotel rooms.

The location of the property was great. The place was clean and comfortable for a family of five. We would consider staying here again.

Some of the appliances could use a bit of updating as a few things were broken or not working properly.

Superb view, Facilities, 2 bathrooms, Modern kitchen.

There was no key for one of the bathrooms, and we couldnt manage to get it. COmmunicating with the staff wasnt easy.

Nice and clean rooms with sufficient spaces. There are two bath rooms which we can share for five people. The living room is a bit small but warm and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with all we need for cooking our dinner.

It would be great if there is a toaster and Nespresso machine 😉
