Small comfortable hotel, 30 minutes from the airport and with amazingly friendly staff. A huge thanks to Mariella, Juan Carlos and Yolanda who were friendly, patient and fantastic at looking after us; they spoke excellent English, forgiving our poor Spanish, and they helped organise many day trips to the sights with their partner tour company and generally made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean with decent bedrooms and modern bathrooms which had excellent hot and powerful showers! Laundry service is great and cheap so don't bother packing too much! Be aware that there is no elevator, the flight of stairs are short, but if you're not used to the altitude, climbing stairs can sometimes be a tiring affair! Buffet breakfast is nice and varied and the hotel is not only surrounded by small stores and food outlets, including a small convenience store and a seafood restaurant just opposite, but it is only a short, straight walk to the historic centre and san Pedro and Santiago squares with their wonderful markets, cafes, restaurants and myriad of stores, including an excellent Orion Supermarket (Union) just a 10 minute walk away, with an ATM in its basement. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco, we extended our stay at the hotel and spent two amazing weeks in a gorgeous, friendly city and beautiful country and we look forward to visiting again. Staff were really kind, cleaning staff were amazing, excellent same day laundry service. Reception happy to organise airport taxis for us. Good security at night time. Free coca tea to help with altitude sickness. Fabulous hot shower 😀

Breakfast could be a bit chaotic if there were a lot of people staying.

Comfortable room, the most amazing staff, a nice breakfast in the morning. I liked that it was a little way away from the centre as it gave me the opportunity to walk through the market everyday on the way in. The staff do deserve a second mention. they were incredible.

At night it was a little noisy as the building is very echoey. But it did not stop me from sleeping.

Staff was very helpful and kind, so kind! Thank you Veronica and Freddy for all you did for us! Room is simple decorated, every day cleaning and towel changes. Breakfast is basic, but enough for a good start of day - eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fresh juice. If you are not able to have it at the hotel (as all daily trips in Cusco start at 3-4 am) you will get breakfast box. 24 hours you can have tea in the breakfast area. You can book different daily trips through the hotel, rely on staff' recommendation and you won't wrong!

Lack of coffee during all the day - only for breakfast but we missed it due to all trips we did.

Freddy, Veronica and the rest of the staff were all wonderfully kind. The hotel was very clean, and beds were very comfortable.

The location was very noisy at night, especially from dogs. Our room's window was perpendicular to another room's window which meant we could hear them talking late at night and their light came through to our room. I would recommend the hotel use thicker curtains to block the light from such rooms.

This was an incredibly hospitable hotel. The owners are very prompt, responsive and kind. They take care to know what adventures you are going on and when you are returning (as a solo traveler, I like having someone watching out for me). Breakfast was good, fresh egg’s prepared! Would like fruit as an option.

The location was a challenge for me. Walking to old town was very hectic, I preferred to take a cab or Uber. The neighborhood is very loud, dogs bark all night and a few car alarms constantly go off. I did not sleep well.

Clean and comfortable. They provided a heater for a small fee and it was worth it because we stayed during early January and the nights get cold. The heater made our room nice and hot. Hot water in the shower was good.

The breakfast was decent but I think they can improve.

Friendly staff. Felt safe staying here. Comfortable beds. Nice temperature. Clean room. The location is a little out of the centre and you have to walk through street markets but that was ok. Shower works. We stayed extra nights. Would recommend.

The owners were amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested, offered great tips, and went above and beyond to be helpful. I had a problem that was not related at all with the hotel, and yet they stepped in for me to help solve it. Also, the coffee they serve at breakfast is super good, and you can buy a bag of it freshly ground when you leave. It's their own coffee that they grow somewhere outside of Cusco. The hotel is modern, and even a bit chic, and is decorated in the local fashion - lovely!

Big, comfortable and quiet room. Very good breakfast. Friendly hosts, even packed us breakfast when we left super-early for a tour.

Location is not that great, but it's not that far from the city center.
