Very good and tasty meals (both breakfast and dinner).

After reservation over Booking.com I was a victim of a scam. There was a leakage of personal information between the hotel and Booking.com. Before my trip, I received an e-mail from the hotel via Booking.com that my reservation was at risk of cancellation and they were unable to verify my payment details. To ensure my reservation was not cancelled, they asked to deposit USD 200.- to "Remitly". They stated: "you will not be charged, it will only be held in your bill until the end of the verification process, once the details are confirmed the deposit will be refunded. This is a mandatory background check process for any visitor to our hotel." But after all, NOTHING WAS REFUNDED, IT WAS A SCAM.

The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk to the Miraflores downtown, and 10 mins walk steps down stairs to the beach. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly and willing to help you as much as they can. They even packed me a sandwich and coffee at 4.30am for my early morning trip to Huacachina oasis and Paracas. The regular morning breakfast was also hearty served at the table.

The hotel feels very dated. The corridor,, rooms and facilities are smelly. They didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. The only small water bottle was in the fridge with alcohol bottles that were chargeable.

Basic but good breakfast included. Staff is very friendly, room was nice. I stayed in the Junior Suite. Very Comfortable. The Pool is small, but was nice and clean and you get a little bit of an ocean view.

The Hotel is older and could used some updating, such as flooring in the hallways, paint and maybe even windows. Would make this Hotel a 10 out of 10. The Rooftop Pool area could use some Umbrellas. There is not sun protection, so it's not a place to spend time other then just soaking in the water, which was nice.

The location was quiet. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. There is hot water. Cabs are easy to wave down.

The location not close to a lot of restaurants. Everything else is fine.

Nice and helpful stuff members. I had an early tour and girl at front desk offered that they can prepare some breakfast to go, which I appreciate it ( at 5 AM). Also another girl who worked night shifts gave me small tips about tour I was going to ( so don’t forget your bug stray) and sunglasses. Location is amazing, short walk till coastline and center of Miraflores.

As other reviews stay, it’s a bit older then it seems in pictures. And seems like walls are really thin as I heard people coughing, talking, TV from other rooms ( but earplugs helped).

Great location

I was fully charged for a beverage that was only removed from the refrigerator and placed back! Per management recommendation. Discomfort with how this was handled! Just paid 8.50 soles

Excellent staff in all locations of the hotel which is perfectly located in Miraflores Large comfortable rooms with air conditioning Only disappointed was the size of the swimming pool and the terrace 😞otherwise great value for money and highly recommended

Great location, short walk to Parque Kennedy or beach. Room was cleaned well, no complaints about cleanliness. All staff were incredibly friendly. Gym facilities (limited and not we did not use personally but still nice it’s there). Breakfast was made fresh everyday and was delicious.

Not a lot of variety in the breakfast, tv didn’t work when we first arrived and not a lot of channels/no capability for Netflix/cast from phone

The young lady at the desk was very helpful with making suggestions about places to see in Lima. She even arranged an excursion for me by phone. I appreciate the help and guidance given. I ended up staying for 2 nights and it was a good value. Breakfast was decent and included eggs.

The owner wanted to charge 15 soles for me to store my luggage there for one overnight excursion. So I took my bags with me. The lady at the desk had to call him for every question I had. The place looked nicer in the photos but really it was a pleasant stay.

Good breakfast, best we had on the whole trip Staff was very helpful. Rooftop pool was great.

First room didn't have a window, but the staff helped us to change rooms, so no problem.
