We arrived early and were not only able to check in but also got upgraded for free! The room was large, comfortable with magnificent views of Manila and the bay. Staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. The bar was a great place to enjoy dinner with great staff!

The long walk from our room to get anywhere! Also there was maintenance work being conducted near our room which was quite noisy and disruptive as it went until 10pm. However when we raised this with staff we were upgraded for our last night to a quiet area, and closer to amenities which was much appreciated!

We recently stayed at Hotel H2O for two days before our flight to the UK, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. A big thank you to the incredibly helpful staff, especially Aries and Chelsea, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out. The amenities were fantastic—my son had a blast at the waterpark, which was much safer than I initially thought. We also loved the sealions and birds show, which was both entertaining and a great way to spend some time as a family. While the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained (we were happy to find no insects in the room and the air conditioning worked perfectly), the only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there weren’t any kid-friendly options like cereals, and the food selection was a bit disappointing during our two-day stay. Despite this, we had a great time, and we appreciate the efforts of the team in keeping the hotel in top shape!

1. No aircon at the lobby while we wait for the queue 2. No outside food allowed so cant buy anything during wee hours since stores closes early 3. Had a hardtime to park

(1) We loved the food. We didnt expect the food to be flavourful. Because based on our experience the hotels or resorts food are usually bland. (2) We love the room also. My son enjoyed the fishes. (3) Love how nice and approachable the hotel staffs was.

The way fron the entrance, there is no continuity, we have to pass through the crowrd going to the oceanpark and with the people buying tickets. Also the way to the pool, its every uncomfortable after swimming we have to walk with towels and dripping wet in the middle of the crowd that was going to the show. The pool area also has no good view.

Room was comfortable for our need. Was extremely disappointed how the hotels rating that no Western breakfast available and for the rest of the meals, and not recommending the restaurant itself. Location is a bit out of the way, but with available car service, we're able to get to places.

Dinner meals was not I expected for my crumbed chicken, just coated with crushed oats, dried out. Also Hotel does not advised guests to wear proper attire when dining, guests appears in their pajamas and room slippers.

The location was perfect. The staff was polite.

A staff member delivered a cheeseburger, fries and a beer to our room with the 4 glasses of ice we asked for. 2 hours later I received a call asking me if I got the food and beer the I did not order. We got Pizza Hut delivered. I said yes. Then I was told I needed to pay for it. I spoke with them a while but told them I wasn’t paying. About 10 minutes later a waitress knocked on the door demanding payment. I turned her away. I then called the front desk to complain and was told not to worry.

We love the size of the room and the complete amenities including the view of Manila Bay and coastal areas. The staff are very helpful when you require something. They are also very welcoming and courteous when conversing. There are plenty of towels and had 2 separate toilets aside from the bathroom.The beds are very comfortable and we had a good night sleep.

It could have been perfect but the low water pressure of the shower was disappointing. It could have been just the guests' loud voices but you can really hear the sound/conversation from the next room.

The breakfast choices were very good, we love the food. I personally love your pan de sal. The restaurant ambiance is good, during breakfast time we love to seat outside of the resto and eat our breakfast there, enjoying the sight of Manila Bay and the morning breeze. Totally, we enjoyed our stay in your hotel😊👍

The comfort room set-up. But that its a minor thing compare to the over all experience we had in your hotel.

We booked the aqua room and it was amazing. A full wall fish tank with a great variety of fish swimming along . The tank seemed to be connected to at least 10 rooms so it was a huge space for lots of fish. Bed was super comfortable and huge .

Everything was great - only complaint was no Tea bags in the room only coffee

The Aqua room is amazing and creates a very unique atmosphere! Among the rooms where I accomodated during my travels, I'd put this in the Top 3. Other major good features were being in the same building as the Ocean Park, the proximity to the Intramuros area, and the bar with terrace on the bay.
