The room had all the basic essentials you’d need for a short stay and was quite comfortable. The self check-in process was smooth and clearly explained, making arrival easy and stress-free. I also appreciated that after checking in, I received helpful recommendations about where to have breakfast and what to visit nearby - it really made exploring the area easier.

However, the room had slight mold on the walls, and being on the very top floor, the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach all spots well. The key was a bit fiddly to use when opening the door, which was slightly frustrating. Also, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from outside was quite noticeable.

Had a small issue with the check in but the staff was super quick and responsive and solved the issue in less than 5 minutes. Kitchen + living room was spacious and well equipped. They allow you to leave your luggage there before check in and after check out which was a very well appreciated detail on their side. Very good views of the city. It's less than 3 minutes away from the University, old cathedral and tourist hotspots which was awesome.

Since it's very close to the University, which is on top of the city hill, the access is a bit difficult due to the steep roads, but once you wake up in the morning and are already on top of the town it's worth it

The room was separated from the rest of the building, which was nice so that we had more privacy and we couldn't hear the other clients. You must go through an outside area in order to arrive to room 1. Luckly the weather was nice, but this can become unfortunate when it rains.

The room had damp spots, but it didn't smell moldy. There was also a dehumidifier available. It was not used because the weather was great. There were only two tiny windows close to the ceiling. By the pictures we couldn't tell that the single bed was in another floor, sort of an loft within the room. The stairs to reach said loft were not so easy to climb and were also a bit dangerous. You must also go down a flight of stairs in order to get to the living and outside area. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

the location was very good, they were very flexible regarding the luggage, available to keep it in case of need, and we were able to store our bikes there which was a bit of a problem in other places. nice common areas, was not expecting that.

the doors and stairs are a bit tight, specially with luggage, but that's how all the houses in that area are, nothing to do. it's a climb to reach it, but that's where we wanted to stay so all good.

Well, it's a neat, clean and well organised guest house with kitchen facilities, which make your stay more wonderful when family can cook at vacations. The staff is also copartive and maintaining the privacy of the guests

There was a flat TV in the room with a lot of channels in foreign lamguages

The kitchen was a little bit messy, some facilities not working. A water boiler, more glasses and cups would be nice

I liked the location, very central, and the privacy given to the guests. Clean areas,room,wc, and the common area (kitchen,lounge), very practical and functional,with a stove, washing and coffee machines making it feel comfortable, as if at home. Will return for sure.

Very good value. Good to sleep, and enjoy local sight seeing. Close to station and routes. Bus 1 minute walk. Kitchen well equipped, nice lounge area with TV.

Parking is a problem, as always in a city. The students can be rowdy, but one should allow them to be!

The guest house had all the facilities we needed, including a cosy living room and well equiped kitchen which was nice because of the rainy weather. when it’s sunny you can also sit outside! the bedroom was clean and the location perfect, right within the historic centre. Do prepare for some hills ;). communication was excellent, in advance we got a lot of tips for the city and when we had some issue they responded quick and came with an appropriate compensation. would recommend

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Felt really comfortable there, the room I rented is worth the price, the location is awesome, the view is beautiful. I would definitely recommend or come back again in the future.
