We upgraded to a sunset suite, and the large terrace and sunsets were well worth the extra few pounds. The bed was huge and super comfy, the bed linen was crisp and good quality, and the whole place was super clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed in. The location is perfect too; just a 10 minute walk downhill into quaint Ferraguda. The uphill return (mentioned in other reviews) isn't a problem at all if you're reasonably fit; it's just a bit of good aerobic exercise. There's an excellent Lidl supermarket a 5 minute drive away. The hotel breakfast was good.

No cooking pots or pans or bowls are provided in the self catering suites, but they leant me a saucepan.

Very nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool for all ages, lots of sun beds to go round. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Hotel also within walking distance to the sea front centre where all the restaurants are and some night entertainment.

There not much to dislike.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spatious, comfortable and well-equipped. Great cleaning services and very nice staff. Wonderful place overall.

Great location near the small town of Ferragudo, walkable to lots of restaurants, a couple of beaches and a play park. The facilities were exactly as the photographs show, clean and well looked after. The indoor laundry and small shop were useful, and there is also a playroom suitable for under 10s which my 2 year old loved. Pools were lovely and we never struggled to find available loungers around the pool. Car parking was easy and free just around the perimeter of the complex. Lidl, aldi and continente supermarkets all a 3 min drive away. All of the staff were lovely and very friendly and accommodating. We were in a deluxe suite with it's own hot tub which was fantastic as we could hang out on the large terrace with the baby monitor after our daughter was in bed. Would highly recommend this for any families with young babies!

Only very small qualms were that our shower took a good 10 minutes to get hot in the mornings and the breakfast selection was the same everyday,

The relaxed feel, pool not too crowded and spaced out nicely. Apartment blocks were lovely and room was perfect. Would definitely come again!

It’s the perfect property - low rise, clean & very well maintained

These’s nothing about this property that I don’t like.

The man a the check in was extremely nice and helpful and the staff at the bar and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and efficient. Besides, our bedroom floor, everything was very clean.

The floor in our room was dirty. It looked clean but shortly after we checked in, when I spilled something and went to clean it, my cloth was filled with short, black hairs. My husband is blond and I have long red hair so it is not ours. Also we were travelling with limited baggage and only staying one night so annoyed that we couldn't take out bath towels to the pool and you don't supply bath towels.

My go to accommodation in Ferragudo. Close to the square. Great facilities. Lovely pool and loungers. Cosy accommodation. Good wi fi too.

Nice apartment decent kitchen and beds staff friendly, nice bar, close to village has atm and staff happy to ring cab for u if required, quiet as not suitable for stag do or parties as not their customer base

Weather was unusually poor for march rained all week and not designed for heavy rain so lots of puddles and stairs too wet and full of puddles so tricky to access room and facilties without getting shoes full of water, location wrong side of bridge so need cab to town but if you want nice village location then ideal for you
