Exceptional Apartment & Outstanding Service! I had an incredible experience staying at this apartment. The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Property was great… Love the location… Close to the ferry to reach the next day. About 10-15 minute walking to town. Awesome team and guest. Everyone is very helpful and would stay there again.

Only feedback would be there is a good amount of light that comes in… So if you do want to sleep in, you have to really play with the drapes to get it to be dark past six or 7 AM… And there is a bit of minimal road noise. Otherwise

This is a lovely Studio apartment over looking the harbour, the reception lady was very helpful with our check in and presented the room spotless and had a lovely comfortable double bed and all all facilities needed for a longer stay, good wifi included, very safe area and easy walk to centre of Horta, nice bakery and supermarket in short walking distance. A very tidy place to stay and would recommend.

We had a sea view apartment. It had three big windows overlooking the harbour, and over to Pico Island and the huge volcano. Excellent value for money, staff were super helpful and printed out documents we needed for ferry tickets and car hire. Also stored bags for us and came in especially so we could claim them, can't recommend this place highly enough.

Comfortable room with the terrace and amazing view on Pico. The big washroom, kitchen and the dinner table. The apartment is not huge but very well organized therefore there is the feeling of coziness and space

Very good location, very nice stuff, very clean, a large space.

The shower is too "sophisticated" and complicated. Could not figure out how to operate it, got splashes of cold water from everywhere before I managed to get it to work.

Location and view perfect for Horta, very nice, small balcony for breakfast. Very clean and spacious. Bakery 2 minutes away, Café downstairs. Ferry 5 minute walk.

Nothing adverse to say, it met our needs ; and the view of Pico is fantastic.

Location and view is fantastic. Very cozy apartment, enough space, fresh and has everything you need. K3 apartment is on top floor with a tiny but very nice terrass.

Comfortable bed, whole apartment with kitchen and bathroom, view of Pico, parking places available on the street, water, more or less central, nice shower, climatization.

Check-in in person and only till 19.00. Bad(almost no) light in the living room/bedroom. We found a cocroach in our bathroom the second day (could have gotten in when we opened the windows in te morning). Some stairs to get in the room. .
