House with a great location, very well equipped. Simple but comfortable decoration. Good bathrooms. Staff was very helpful.

This particular room is small and too crowded with beds, no free space for two persons to walk around or, in one side, even to get out of the bed. Should be advertised for this particular room that the access have one set of very steep stairs - hard for seniors with bags ;-)

Very nicely designed house. Has everything you need if you want to cook. There is a little bakery around the corner. Kayaks to use if you wish. Tiago walked us to the accommodation from the Naturalist base and gave us loads of recommendations for things to do in Faial which was extremely helpful and allowed us to get the most from our short stay.

Location, cleanliness, organization

There was very little space in our room. It was maximized with 3 beds, so it was really tight.

The location in Porto Pim is really nice with lots of restaurants around, the beach is 2 min walk. The employees of Naturalist are very kind and helpful. The guesthouse is very clean (not only the room but also nicely decorated common area)

We paid more for a room with “balcony and sea view” but if I knew that this was more like box then balcony and sea view only on the side (you need to make an effort to see it, it is not like you are seated on your balcony with a nice view) I wouldn’t pay the difference and just take the simple double room.

the sleeping and the bath room, both with very modern equipment, comfortable kitchen and lounge, no breakfast included was known before, hence no complaining from our side

contacting the responsible person was bit difficulty, but sufficient at the end, thus no really problem

Great place near the sea. Big apartment, large bedroom with bathroom. The communication with the hosts was easy and they were really caring I recommend this stay.

It was very clean and nice to make meals and relax in the living room. The staff were lovely and the location was great.

Very furnished common areas, everything clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very kind to let us leave the luggages untill evening, and then to allow us to stay in the same room after our ship was canceled.

Very clean sweet renovated home. Everything we needed was there. The bedroom was small with private bathroom and air conditioning , it met our needs . There is the option to sit outside and the shared space is very inviting . It feels like home . I would definitely come back again !

I totally loved it

The location is perfect, really close to everything. The apartment is good, nice view, clean, and peaceful. The access to the kitchen and living room is a very appreciated plus.
