Vonda was very kind and welcoming. The place was spotless and my room on the 3rd floor was perfect. The breakfast downstairs in the Pastelaria was delicious and sufficient~ a freshly squeezed o.j, coffee and pastry of your choice and a sandwich of cheese, ham or mixed. It’s located in a safe neighborhood close to a sweet community park, walking distance to the ferry, and a 10-15 min walk to the harbor. It was quiet and other guests were quiet and respectful. I recommend Horta Garden to other travelers.

Clean room and all the building breakfast at the coffe shop downstairs just is just nice - coffee juice and pastry sandwich - I would prefer something less carbs - but anyways is is better thann nothing. At least cofee is good The location is very good - central close to the ferry station Has kitchen with washing machine and dryer Soap and hairdryer in the room

The room on the 3rd floor with no elevator - even first floor with receiption is reached by steep stairs - is was very hard to go up and down all the time - especially with suitcase/ But it was written on the description. I didnt like the location of the bed in te room - it is in middle of the room and 2 passes around to reach the window and the table are very narrow - around 30 cm - it is very unconmfortable and no place to put suitcase and open wardrobe doors. As interior designer i would recommend to move the bed to one of the walls and to let people pass by side with comfort.

Nice guesthouse with brand new, spotless rooms and a small communal kitchen with microwave, free tea, oven, plates, etc. if you want to cook something.

The location is convenient when you have to use the ferry terminal. Otherwise it is a bit of a walk to the interesting parts of town. The breakfast is provided by the coffee place next door: the voucher includes 1 cold drink, 1 hot drink, 1 sandwich, 1 sweet piece. This is a standard Portuguese breakfast. There are no cereals, fruits, or any other fancy breakfast items.

Our room was great and was cleaned well every day and the staff was super friendly. Also the breakfast (for us a freshly squeezed orange juice, a coffee, a sandwich and one of the cakes/sweets) was very good. We felt very comfortable!🙂

The bedding was noisy and kept slipping off of the bed, there was a constant humming sound in the room as well.

The room and the hotel overall is pretty basic but the room was spacious, very clean and had everything I needed.

The location seemed a bit dodgy at night. I didn't find it ideal for a solo woman travelling.

Room was comfortable. The place has a common small kitchen with tea (but no coffee). Free parking at the street (seems it is free everywhere in the island). We did not see any staff during all of our stay but got instructions regarding the checkin

Breakfast is in the next door cafe and very minimal. 1 hot drink, 1 cold drink, poor sandwich and cake.

Very nice accommodation located in the centre of Horta. The rooms have a modest size, but have what you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean and well maintained. Guests have access to a small common kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, filtered water machine, and laundry machine. In the ground floor, there is an establishment that sells amazing pastries.

Very cozy room, nicely situated in the streets of Horta. Breakfast is downstairs in a cafe.

I heard a lot of noise through the windows. You might want to bring earplugs.
