The hotel is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable. I loved the bed and was able to sleep amazingly there. The facilities are good and have a nice schedule, so you can go to the swimming pool right before dinner, which I found amazing. The views are beautiful and the room was super quiet at night, allowing me to sleep very well. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations with great food and nice staff.

The bicycles need some maintenance and I'd like to feel some more attention to detail. But this were minor issues when compared with the pros.

The road to the hotel was a disaster. We visited after heavy rain and nearly got stuck in the mud. I had to drive quickly, which meant I could not avoid alot of really deep holes. I damaged the underside of my car and needed to visit the car mechanic when I returned home. I would love to visit again, but would be nervous about damaging my car again

The pool and sauna are amazing as well as the interior design! The receptionist Maria (I think how it is spelt) was super helpful after our car broke down to get a replacement and help! The bar man Alfonso is super friendly!

Would be ideal if the road into the hotel was paved but that’s just me being picky

Beds were really comfortable and the restaurant good also. We were surprised with a gift to celebrate my birthday, which we really appreciated. Great place to relax away from the city noise

Only less positive feedback is how much they charge to bring a pet. We were already expecting to pay 25€ a night but when checking out we got asked 30€ a night. Not that it is a big difference but it was not what we were told on the phone at the time of booking and it piles up when staying a few nights...

The road to the property is in very bad conditions. It keeps getting worse as the time goes by. It’s the 4th time that we stayed and the degradation is noticeable. The housekeeping doesn’t put a new bottle of water unless there’s absolutely none water in the last bottle (it must be completely empty to get a new one). It’s something you should consider to improve.

We really loved our stay. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable (thanks for the upgrade!). The whole employees were also super nice (special thumbs up for Rui Corraleira, super nice and helpful). The food in the restaurant was also really good. The outdoor sunbeds were comfortable, with a pretty decent pool as well. The breakfast products were good and the breakfast schedule, until 11:30, which was a huge huge plus for us!!

The route until we reach the hotel needs some maintenance. Also people that arrived late to the pool could find some challenges finding a sunbed, too short number for the amount of people. The breakfast variety wasn’t amazing.

Friendly staff, great breakfast with fresh fruit and bread and tea assortment, homemade cake and some hot options on demand. Rooms are comfortable and with a good size, and with some tea facilities for a warm cup of tea in the afternoon. Restaurant with a great and menu for food and wine. The risotto was amazing! Also options for snacks or light meals during the day.

There could be some options for rainy days, like game room. Also it would be nice to have some kind of room or pillow spray to create an even more relaxing environment in the bedroom

The property is amazing and have nice views. The decoration is verry beautiful and accomodation confortable. The pools are amazing! The quality and variety of the breakfast!

There was a lot of confusion during breakfast, with significant delays in restocking food and drinks, and little communication from the staff about this, making it seem very disorganized. Despite that, the food was excellent!

Varied Breakfast with lots of good items to taste! The confort of the bed, the size of the rooms. The very friendly staff.

Some bees were always wandering around people which made everyone a bit unconfortable. They did not sting anyone. The pool size was small and pool beds could be in more number. Lots of bugs at night, but hey, it's nature :) Nothing near to do during the stay. It's 'sleep and nature' so take this in mind. The cleaning could be a bit better under the sofa and beds.
