We were looking for a good hotel close to Sintra, and this worked well. You should know that the location is a 8-10 minute drive from Sintra's downtown and is not walkable. We used Uber and that worked well ($10-12 euros). Driving and parking inside Sintra can be very challenging. You could drive to the transit station in Sintra and Uber from there, but we found it easier to just uber all the way. The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area, so a bit of an odd location. But the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, it served us really well as a base for us to explore Sintra.

Bathroom was pretty small - 2 people couldn't brush their teeth at the same time. But exactly what you would expect for this kind of hotel

Good location near by Sintra & Lisboa attractions and shopping center just around the corner. Nice stuff, clean & silent rooms considering its located next to busy roads and good breakfast. I have a lot of only good experiences from Ibis hotels and this one did not let me down either. Standard rooms are not too spacey and they only have 1 pillow per person, but thats the same in most of the Ibis hotels and enough for short term stays, I took an extra pillow with me to the hotel because I knew what to expect😊

Only fault, as someone who travels with dog, is that there is not too nice places to walk your dog around the hotel for short morning/evening walks. Otherwise very dogfriendly and reasonable price for dogs staying at the hotel.

Staff was super friendly, reception, service and housekeeping. Dog friendly is a great added bonus.

You should charge people with dogs the Euro 15 who don't pick up their dog shit and not charge those who do.... 2 double espressos and a single espresso for Euro 7,50 is expensive when compared to the same coffee being served and tavernas. The bed's duvet was clumpy - I recon they washed it incorrectly and the pills were "tired" and need to be replaced.

Location: good, but you will have to take a car to get to the center of Sintra. Room: it´s OK, but quite small. I guess it is aligned with the price. Staff: very friendly!

Breakfast: it´s OK. However, I didn't find scrambled eggs as in other Ibis hotels in Portugal. The rest of the options of breakfast are the same as in other Ibis we visited during our holiday in Portugal.

Breakfast buffet was great, as is the norm with the Ibis group (in Portugal); staff was young and correct, all very nice.

Oddly enough, the cover of the duvet was not clean and we had to ask for a replacement, they apologised and replaced it. I say "oddly" because I stay at Ibis regularly (but it was the 1st time at this one, it was a same day booking and my usual was fully booked) and it's always very clean

Parking available free at the facility if you park at the same level of the hotel. Parking is paid if you use the underground facility of the hotel. Breakfast was extra $$ but as it is at most of Portugal is it is plentiful with lot of choices. This place even had a orange juicer where you can yourself squeeze your own orange juice in the morning (the hotel furnishes the oranges). They also have an automated pancake maker. All you have to do is press a button and after awhile out comes a piping hot pancake. This is a standard iBIS hotel room with the built in bathroom in the room.

This hotel was selected because of the proximity to Sintra. but you still would have to travel quite a bit before getting into the main attractions. Also there are restaurants facilities nearby the hotel for a meal, since it is located in a somewhat industrial area. Auchan supermarket and other are about a 5 min drive by car. Although if you drive 5 minutes in other direction you will find a very good steak house. It is jewel in a diamond restaurant located among the many private housing facilities

We found parking spot very easily. Our rooms were ready when we arrived so we were able to get settled with our bags before we spent remainder of day in Sintra. Staff were helpful in pointing out where breakfast was served and where to locate our rooms. We did not use the breakfast as we had an early departure for the airport the next morning.

The beds were not as comfortable as the beds in other Ibis hotels.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. My room was spotless and on a 4 night stay my room was cleaner to an excellent standard. The breakfast was fantastic and loved that it served until midday. I arrived early and so sent a messages to see if I could check in to which I had a very polite message back agreeing for me to check in at midday. The WiFi was fab and I couldn’t hear anyone else from my room. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller visiting family I felt very safe here and the location was fab for Lisbon, Sinatra and cascais. I plan to stay again alongside my family in the summer!

Pillow and bed could be more comfortable. Parking should be exclusive to customers and not shared with another business across the street during working days. There is always a great possibility that when you try to park at the hotel you will not find a spot to do it.

Good breakfast. Good location to Sintra attractions and places to visit. Garage parking available on site.

Not very suitable for families with children. Not possible to stay in one room for more than three people.
