Wonderful Stay – A Truly Memorable Experience
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at Pestana Sintra Golf Resort and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a family with two boys (ages 7 and 8), we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. The hotel interiors carried a beautiful scent that reminded us of Portugal, something we will cherish and remember for a lifetime. Everything was perfectly organized and delivered exactly as agreed. We especially appreciated the availability of two outdoor pools (0.40m and 1.40m depth), both clean and well-maintained, and the indoor pool, SPA, sauna, and gym facilities were just what we needed for full relaxation and recreation. We highly and warmly recommend this hotel to guests of all ages. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family, Pestana Sintra offers comfort, warmth, and top-tier service. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The views from the room also very nice.

The spa was a completely disaster. Too much people for the little space, full of kids running around, screaming and literally jumping to the interior swimming pool non stop. This was not a place to relax at all was more like an AQUA PARK. Either you limited the age of the kids to come in or you make some schedules for them and rules to follow. The people also some of them taking care of the kids were with the clothes on and the outdoor shoes literally touching the water with them. We couldn’t even enjoy of the facilities, was not even space to leave our towels and the kids were splashing water all over the place. Was not comfortable at all. Also the “fitness” area.. just 4 cardio machines and couple of weights not a place to call gym at all.

Good sized and comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot water, towels etc. a fridge - which is always a plus, a safe and ok for hanging space. Food was ok for a hotel, good breakfast choices, evening and lunchtime food a bit variable. Bar is good.

Mostly that it is on the edge of Sintra and there is nothing much in the area if you don't have a car. It's becoming a little tired in terms of decor. Only one pillow per bed is inadequate. I was pleased to see a bottle of water in the room on arrival but once finished I had to buy it from the bar. I would have liked a way to make myself a coffee in my room.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Lovely gardens, peace and tranquility. The staff are professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with quality products- I particularly enjoyed the coffee and the orange juice. Travelers with children should know that the indoor pool is adults only from 9-11 a.m and from 19-21 p.m. It is very clearly stated- at the front desk, in the elevators, at the entrance of the pool. But ,of course, at 20 p.m, there was a couple with two young children. Well, we complained to the front desk and they quickly shooed them away. So, please, don't be those entitled parents. You have all day to enjoy the pool- follow the rules and let other guests enjoy it for a couple of hours without screeching, screaming and splashing.

They have schedules for adults for the indoor pool, but not enforce them. There wasn’t anyone (staff) around during that time to turn on the sauna or to explain that after 19h, the indoor pool was reserved for +16. There was a queue to get a table for the breakfast. The hotel doesn’t seem to be prepared for the number of guests they accepted.

Constructive insights : Breakfast confusion, lines, noisy and with rush. Empty trays. No parking control , cars on the side walks in front of the hotel and even on the disable parking spaces. ( huge golf park behind was empty... )

Very comfortable room, has everything you need. Breakfast is delicious, there is a choice. The indoor pool is not big, but it is quite suitable for exercise. There is a sauna. The staff is generally friendly.

The dinner was meager. Some administrators prefer to communicate with men and only after them notice women. Even though I was standing closer and the man was not mine)) It was impolite for me.

Great hotel and great value! I managed to use the span which was superb! Breakfast was a full buffet, great variety, quality, fresh and delicious, staff in there were extremely helpful. The room was super clean, spacious, with views to the courtyard which was amazing for resting. Balcony is a plus and check in/out really professional, friendly, helpful....I totally recommend this place.

Very nice staff, excellent condition of the facilities overall. Nicely located, you have a view of the Sintra mountain to the west and a very calm neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. It provided a pleasant stay to relax for a few days.

The room's acoustics felt like the wind (a windy couple of days) was coming into the room, mainly in the bathroom, possibly due to the vents.
