Really enjoyed my stay at Comfy Sintra, its well located and in walking distance to nearby restaurants and the old town and was also lucky enough to visit while there was a local festival happening down the road for a few days that I got to enjoy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and all the food tasted great, the rooms are also well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area again in future to explore more of the town, forrests and castles nearby.

One of the bathroom windows did not close properly and having a ground floor room was a bit cold but there was at least extra blankets and in the room and air conditioning.

Veeeery quiet. At night! But be ready for other guests to wake up early in the morning :) Walking distance (if you like walking) to the Quinta da Regaleira. In theory, to the La Pena castle too. Breakfast is fairly good, but mostly sweet. Keep in mind if you don’t like sweets. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Ah, forgot. Mattress was good enough, so we had a decent sleep!

Soundproofing.. But it cannot be done better in this house I believe. Creaking stairs. No power socket in the bathroom. So you gotta dry your hair in the bedroom (not critical at all) Shelves would be nice to have in the bathroom.

It was very, very clean! The location was nice too, about 20-25 min walk to the old city center and close by to some restaurants and bars. It is a good location to visit Sintra's main attractions, some in walking distance if you are in good shape or otherwise very doable by taxi or uber. The room was spacious and we appreciated the free parking. Checking in at 21.30 was not a problem - we gave a call when we were 15 min away and we were handed the keys to our room shortly after we arrived. Price/quality was very good.

The breakfast was acceptable but would have loved it if there were some more options. During most of the day and at night there is no staff present on the location, we didn't mind but worth mentioning. There is a telephone number you can call and staff will arrive shortly if needed.

The hotel was warm clean and very comfortable, finished to a high specification. It was also nice and quiet. There was a good selection for breakfast and the staff ere really friendly

My connecting flight was cancelled which had a knockon effect and I was late checking in. I was tired when I arrived at the hotel. As I arrived the receptionist was on her way out to another location to check in another customer and I had to wait until she returned. This was not ideal as I was tired and hungry and just wanted to get into my room

Great garden. Building is beautiful and stylish. Big apartment. Location is perfect.

No kettle, no cups!!!! I could not even imagine that the room could be without a kettle. I have not seen this in any of the apartments or rooms where I lived. . if I had known in advance, I would have booked another accommodation I was sick and this was uncomfortable for me. unclear correspondence in WhatsApp and booking they ask to call before check-in and do not pick up the phone the administrator is not at the place for check-in, you have to wait for him no one explained to me how to check out, which is very strange, because I was moving out at night the internet almost didn't work in my room = 8/10 for room, garden 2/10 for check-in process and communication

Great location - very close to the city center yet quiet and secluded. Exceptionally clean place, daily room service even though I only stayed for 2 nights. Excellent shower. I really appreciated the possibility to keep my bag in the storage after the checkout and before my bus out of Sintra. Very friendy and helpful staff.

There was no one at the reception, so I had to wait quite a bit to check in. The same with getting my bag back before I left, nearly missed my bus out of town, but it all worked out in the end.

Room was very beautiful and Clean. Bed super comfy. Room was spacious, with working desk. Pleasant/relaxed lighting. Suitable for small and longer stays. Quick wifi. Shower had a good water pressure. There was Parking space available. It was very quiet, nice location (but stretts are narrow). I was there in Winter, i think the Garten in Summer would be lovely. Would recommend and book again. Freely/Express check-out, just by letting the key on the Reception table. No payment in advance needed, was also a "nice to have" for me.

Maybe too many stairs, if traveling with a big suitcase or small suitcase+ few shopping bags :P Breakfast was poor. A lot of long holding products, no good protein options. Not even cooked eggs. Kitchen was nearby, some fresh eggs dishes (omelette/scrambled eggs/pancakes etc) could be offered (i would have chosen it, even for a small price addiction). No coffee machine, disappointing for Portugal.

Nice to retun here after a long day of walking and exploring. I chose this place because it was easy to access with a car and they have parking. The room was nice and comfortable and roomy enough for two. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best included breakfasts I have ever had at accomodation like this.

Can not think of anything we did not like.

The location and installation, almost brand new

Careful! For the check in you got to be lucky. When I’ve just arrived the girl “receptionist” told me that she wasn’t able to do the check In, left to another location and did another check in. I waited about 45 mins to get my key. Bad communication between staff and they asume we all have international calls to call them for help. If you are looking for a good experience during your check in, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Parking (small) was full, left the car in the street.

The room was newly renovated, clean and tidy but very basic, no coffee or tea facilities that I was aware of. The staff were nice, the breakfast which was included was excellent. There is also a nice garden area with lots of shade which was very pleasant in the morning and afternoon. The location is ok but you really need a car (which I had) to get into the main part of town but considering that it was much cheaper than other locations in Sintra I think it was good value for money.

It would be good to be able to have access to basic kitchen facilities. Sitting in the garden with a coffee or tea and a small snack would be lovely but I wasn't aware if that was possible, perhaps it was.
