Stylish room and public areas (although the polished concrete contrasting with warm wood finish will not be to some people's tastes!) . Convenient position for driving around area. Reasonable restaurant on site. Extensive breakfast buffet. Pool area looked nice although we didn't get around to using it.

Room was fairly small. No full length hanging in wardrobe. Bedside table (the only one) had to be moved to open wardrobe sufficiently to use mirror on inside of door. Not many facilities in the room, might have expected a safe, hot drinks and stocked minibar (I booked late and in a hurry so didn't identify this lack from details). Army base next door was source of noise at times (field gun firing at 8am one day). Access to hotel site not easiest to find despite having looked on Google maps/street view before arrival

Beautiful common areas, easy access to the pool. Very good breakfast and a comfy bed. The overall style of the hotel is great. Location was near the highway, but secluded, meaning good access but still in a quiet area.

Room seemed like it wasn't completely finished, with wires hanging out inside the wardrobe and some features like ventilation seemed not thought through (one of the upper doors of the wardrobe would hit the ventilation when opened, for example). The AC in the room was not as powerful/efficient as expected in the warm weather.

Located outside the city center, but very close to a large supermarket. Facilities are well maintained. Rooms are not very large but sufficient for the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Location, as it was not close to the city center. Shower had some minor maintenance problems, however these have been solved the same day we asked the hotel staff to arrange.

A clean, comfortable hotel, and a good breakfast.

Rather a cool, business-like reception compared with the friendly welcome in every other hotel we stayed at during our trip to Portugal. Rather an uninspiring dinner menu, so we ate elsewhere, but breakfast was good. Maybe this hotel is aimed at the business traveller rather than the tourist, and we felt it was rather pricey. However, it was clean and comfortable, and there was nothing to complain about.

The Bedroom Door kept making a rattle noise, every time they open the front door. Room 001 The curtain at the window, the cord was not working and i was unable to close the curtain fully. I let the front desk know the first day I arrived. He told me that was going to take care of it. Unfortunately that never happened during my 10 day stay. Staff very cold. Except a couple of them. Young gentleman at the front desk, in late shift, the other from the Restaurant low thirties. Very disappointed.

Beautiful and calm atmosphere. Lovely, quiet property, yet can walk to town easily. The breakfast was the best we had in Portugal. Lots of options, including a custom-made omelet and the view from the dining room of the trees was a peaceful environment. The staff in the breakfast room were also very kind and helpful. Bruno at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was a wealth of information in recommendations for dinner and hikes in the area. Bruno was always joyful and clearly loved helping guests. A great manager for the hotel.

Need a few more places in the room to hang/store clothes.

Very modern property, nice atmosphere around the pool area, with most rooms facing it. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and modern. Friendly staff. The location is not the best as it is not on the city center, but it’s a short drive away, and very easy to get there from the highway. Very nice and complete breakfast! Dinner is also served in the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed it!

When we arrived the staff informed us the pool was not available to use, although the weather was good enough to enjoy it. However on the second day of our stay, they told us we could already use it, which was nice despite the water being freezing!!

The room was spacious and very modern. The space was very calm and relaxing just what you want for a holiday with local amenities close by. Didn’t try the spa as the weather was good enough to keep us outside enjoying the outdoor pool. A lot of available and discreet car park.

For me it was perfect however my British partner liked it but did say he would like more range on the cooked breakfast ( I don’t agree with his point considering he’s not in the UK and we don’t really have a cooked breakfast in Europe)

Staff was great! The food in the hotel restaurant was Amazing and they give great wine advice. Location was also good. Breakfast wasn't great for the price you pay. Not a lot of bacon, and no fresh fruit juice. Otherwise, super good all around.

It's clearly modelled on a Spa, but we just wanted a hotel. So it was fun. Food was really good. The pool was excellent. Others have commented on the weak signage on the road in, but we were prepared and it was fine.

Ok, maybe improve the road sign to get customers in easily
