Great place to stay and explore Douro Valley. The apartments feel brand new yet have the character of an historical place that is in the family for many years - clean, modern and where every detail is carefully thought through. The infinity pool is a big plus, allowing relaxation overlooking the vineyards anytime of the day. The staff is super nice and even showed us the lovely vegetable garden in the premises. You can feel everyone loves what they're doing here, and we felt very welcome!

Liked everything about this place!

A group of 11 of us rented 2 apartments and a studio, all of which were spotlessly clean and very well-kept. The location, about 10/15 mins drive from Régua itself, is very tranquil, with stunning views of the valley. We appreciated having use of the barbecue area and loved the pool. The hosts and maintenance staff were faultlessly helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast delivered to our door every morning was an added bonus.

The property is beautiful. Nicely renovated with wonderful facilities. The pool is fantastic and was nice to have access to an EV charger. It was quiet and the location was good to get to the main part of the Douro. The breakfast was also very good and a lot of effort was made with it. Felt like good value relative to other places we stayed.

Not much to dislike. The room and bathroom were slightly on the smaller side but we expect some other rooms at the property would be much roomier.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; this place has the spirit of a family business. The room was modern, as were the shower facilities. The air conditioning was efficient; the temperature rose to 40 Celsius outside on a few days, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. The breakfast was excellent and comprehensive. The place is situated beautifully next to vineyards on a slope, with a breathtaking view of the valley. The swimming pool was a nice touch for refreshing during the hot days.

The parking space is a bit tight if there are other visitors around, but this is common for places in that area. Essentially, all comprehensive services can be found in the city about a 15-minute drive away. The nearby village has a small kiosk-like shop for absolutely essential purchases, but otherwise, a trip to the city is necessary, and restaurants are also found there. This time, the local residents were celebrating a religious festival and set off fireworks on several evenings and nights, which woke us up a few times.

We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment for 2 nights and wish that we would have stayed there longer. There is a sofa with living area and a bedroom with a view that you will never get bored of. Very clean apartment. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, helped us booked a wine tour and tasting.

This place might not be for you if you are not driving as it is 10-minute drive from Régua. But, it is perfect for us as we wanted a place slight off the town.

The room is a bit small, there is only a small table inside the room for breakfast. There also a table outside the room, but it's too cool to have the breakfast there.

Stunning infinity pool & view. Beautifully crafted property…renovation of a former farmhouse. Super-friendly staff. Special mention of Edmunda….friendly, helpful & a real diamond. It was quiet on my midweek one night stay, so I was offered the use of the garage for my motorbike. Hope to return with my wife or a group sometime.

Err….couldn’t fault it. You have to walk up a few steps…so long as you can do that, it’s great.

Loved everything about this property. The views from the facility were phenomenal. It was so family friendly. They had not only a crib but also a high chair for us to use already set up. The pool was a highlight for the little ones to enjoy on a hot summers day. Wish we had stayed here a couple extra days. The breakfast basket was filled with delicious fresh bread delivered that very morning. Was so lovely.

Breakfast was wonderful always arriving in a beautiful picnic basket filled with a lot of food. Fresh bread, buns, jams, yogurt meats, cheese, and sweets. Plus fresh orange juice from the oranges on their property. Lovely view from the rooms. Also kind and helpful staff.
