A secret to Frankfurt airport Hilton is that you can request a booked queen to be on 11th floor (yes, above the penthouse suite lol). Its the penthouse view, you dont hear doors opening all night and its private. What's even more bizarre is that I was given a 30 euro Hilton card because the 11th floor took a few minutes to prepare. Request room 11109.

Comfortable rooms, desk, reliable wifi in the room, soft linen and big bathrooms with shower and bath options. Just great for a good night’s sleep. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and accommodating, excellent food.

The Hilton building is too hot and there is no air conditioning in the main halls in the building or in the lobby. The rooms have air conditioning though, but the transit is horrible. The taps have a funky design snd it’s impossible to open with soap on your hands!! They should really change those taps.

the location of the hotel is very convenient, 8-10 minutes walk to terminal 1 and 5-7 minutes to the train to the city and all this without leaving the building. Very comfortable and convenient room, excellent lighting, large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower with very good water pressure. Very comfortable beds, snow-white linen, comfortable pillows. Not a bad sauna (Finnish and hammam). A gorgeous breakfast with a huge selection and everything is very tasty. At breakfast there was even champagne and vodka, apparently for those who went overboard with the holiday. Excellent coffee and pastries, a variety of cheeses and fruits. Breakfast is 8.5 out of 10 simply because I am sure there are better breakfasts.

we couldn't check in earlier even after asking for an extra payment. It's just strange that in such a big hotel there were no free rooms and we had to leave our luggage and go to the Ambiente exhibition without refreshing ourselves after the overnight flight. We were offered to freshen up in the toilet, which is not very correct. Thanks also for the fact that we could leave our luggage safe and sound until the evening.

We had a one night layover in Frankfurt, so the hotel was very convenient. We arrived at 5:30 am, but check in time was 3:00 pm. The staff gave us access to the business lounge and then came up to get us at around 10:00 am to tell us our room was ready. We did an early check in fee. We had a junior suite, which was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, a Starbucks, supermarket and pharmacy (all part of the airport) The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything is modern, convenient, and exceptionally clean. Since I travel regularly to Germany, I have stayed at several hotels at and by Frankfurt airport (some of them at double the cost), the Hilton by far surpassed them all. One of the best features is the restaurant that serves truly delicious up-scale menu options. It does this with view to quality of food rather than the quick tourist dollar. Just for that I would return every time I stay at the airport from now on, but then there are also the creature comforts of invitingly comfortable rooms and professional friendly service to add. …

Clean and comfortable. However, we usually stay at the airport Hilton when we fly from either Germany or Rome. This time, we upgraded to an executive suite. Certainly not worth the extra money. Having access to the executive lounge is a joke. The person who checked us in was new and not friendly or very professional. She told us happy hour was from 5pm - 10pm. I thought that sounded odd. Usually, they are from 5pm - 8pm. We went to the Christmas market and returned to the hotel before 8 pm. By the time we got to the lounge, we were told happy hour was over. Several others came in and were told the same thing. There were some walnuts, a jar of cookie pieces, soy beans, and little else. Luckily, my husband got a coke prior to another unfriendly staff member locking the refrigerator. The beer fridge had been locked prior to our arrival. This is a sad excuse of an executive lounge, especially in a Hilton. The breakfast is very overpriced as well.

It was my first time staying at a Hilton so I had huge expectations because of the price and the hype. It is nice but nothing special. - The bigest bonus is the location directly at the airport - The bed is comfy - The hotel has a free ice machine - The hairdryer is good - The bathroom is spacious

- The windows cannot be opened. But there is an air conditioning, which works well - Be careful about the mini bar, it has a sensor and if you take anything out, even just to look at it, it automatically charges you. - you have to pay a 50EUR deposit upon check in. It will be refunded to you upon check out. I find this very strange, because I did not see this information while booking the room and I thought the room was overpriced enough already... I never ever had to pay a deposit to a hotel before. - the rooms need deep cleaning. There was lots of dust on the shelves, especially in the bathroom

The hotel is with in the train and airport terminal, which makes it perfect for travel. The hotel was very quiet, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious for an airport hotel. The bar and the food was good, the service was excellent and it made for a wonderful stay before our trip home. Bonus if flying on Lufthansa, there is a check in just down from the hotel. This makes it possible to do a quick check in and then visit with out bags. Additionally, the hotel check out is 12:00 p.m.

Check in was easy, and there was an express checkout key drop. We must have been given an upgraded room, as it was on the 11th floor and absolutely luxurious with great views of the skyline. Beautiful bathroom - the bathtub was a treat, and there was also a separate shower. The room was well lit, and had nice artwork, a big desk, a “supervillain” chair, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is visually stunning, with lots of glass.

I updated to a different credit card for the 50€ deposit that was due at check in, but the room was charged to the original card I used to hold the room, not the updated one in Booking.com, nor the one I used at check in which was frustrating as I had to pay a foreign transaction fee. The hotel restaurant, Rise, was lovely. But we were charged 10,50€ for a 750 mL bottle of water….
