Excellent location for visiting Europa Park. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and the bus stops right at the entrance/exit of the hotel car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast. The room was generic but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well equipped, and the water is soft too. Supermarket and very good takeaway around the back.

Reception area had an issue with rain water under the building apparently, and for the four days of our stay, there were pipes and pumps spread across the foyer. Noisy and hazardous but couldn't be helped, I guess. Breakfast was good but lacked a cooked meat (sausage/bacon) and English Tea. Television was locked out, so we couldn't use our Firestick or USB device, so no English speaking tv is available for the evening. A mini fridge would have been a huge help!

Julia helped us check in and warm and friendly . We left the bags at coat check and headed off to Europa park . When we reached Europa park my daughter realised that she had lost her small bag of toys . We assumed it would be lost and continued our day when we reached the hotel we just checked if it was there and long and behold Julia and wrapped it nicely and kept it safely for us. The stay was amazing and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options . We will be visiting you again . Please note the only dinner option at the hotel is pizza so eat out or order from food delivery apps for dinner

The breakfast was really lovely and a great selection of things to have! The room was very clean, we did not require any more towels etc whilst staying so no one actually came into the room to clean it. We asked for more tea bags and they were provided by the front desk straight away - thank you!

Would have liked a water cooler / somewhere to fill up water bottles as the tap water was not overly cold. A safe in the room would have also been nice and having a small fridge to keep any food we had cool would have also been lovely. Not sure if food was served in the evening at the restaurant - we couldn't find any information about this but there was a nice Italian restaurant down the road that did great pizza so it was okay!

Breakfast was excellent - great variety of hot and cold food to fill up my teenage boys. The rooms were smart and immaculate. Staff were all lovely and happy to answer all of our questions. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station. The bus to Park Europa stops right outside the hotel. There is a good pizza place, a kebab restaurant (actually really good food) and a supermarket a couple of mins away.

I couldn’t suggest any improvements.

The staff are super polite and friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was also very good. There is a good Italian restaurant next to the hotel, and there is also a gas station right outside the hotel with a small shop for necessary things.

The breakfast buffet was open for a long time in the morning. They could let the coffee machines operate in the afternoons as well because there are not many cafes in the town to grab a coffee on the go.

Spacious rooms, very comfy beds, nice bathroom, bar for ordering food/drinks, big parking in front of the hotel.

No shops within the walking distance of the hotel (unless you count the gas station in front). Breakfast space was being renovated (it had some plastic foil in place) and the food served for breakfast could have been improved (for example scrambled eggs had a very poor taste, very limited selection of warm dishes).

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The WiFi was very good. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Europa Park but I would only recommend staying here for there if you have a car and not taking the bus.

The air con flaps would not open so their was not much cool air being put into my room and their was no maintenance at the hotel that week. If you are travelling for Europa Park the buses are very full from here and you are not guaranteed to get on one so I would recommend staying closer if you do not have a car.

The location to Europa Park was great - a bus stops right outside so it’s very convenient and close to the train station too! The staff are lovely; particularly the gentleman who checked us in. The room is clean and can appreciate the blackout curtains for a longer sleep.

There are currently building works on the neighbour property which seem to begin very early and is disturbing in the morning. (Not the hotel fault)

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds, friendly staff and large parking lot. Also conveniently located near the highway and the access way towards Europa Park and Rulantica.

Not a lot of space in the breakfast restaurant. Furthermore, the ground floor was noisy due to works to counteract water damage (though you didn't notice this in the room, it was mostly annoying when having a drink at the bar in the evening).

The reception and breakfast area - and rooms - were fresh, stylish and very clean - it looked newly done up. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. I liked the sustainability effort the hotel is making as well. Breakfast was a great range of continental. Perfect location for the bus to Europa Park - you could also walk to it in around 40 mins. There is also a supermarket and kebab shop a minutes walk away for supplies. Had a great stay!
