Bro, they know me they know who I come with they remember my request super slay super cutesy. The receptionists to the bell boy. Like the whole staff is friendly n make me feel welcomed!!! The two girls who work in the reception are so sweet, and they take good care of me! My last stay I got upgraded to a suit which was so nice of them!

The lack of slippers! And a matt for whenever I take a shower water drips everywhere and the bathroom is super slippery

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the rooftop area was a pleasant surprise. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. The hotel is well located, close to a mall and only a short car ride from attractions such as the Bahrain Fort. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right beside City center mall within walkable distance. It is also surrounded by lots of shops and Restaurants and is located in a quiet and convenient area during the whole day. I was offered a free upgrade into two-bedroom apartment instead of the original reservation of one bedroom that gave us more space to enjoy with my family members. The hotel also includes a free parking area where you can keep your car parked away from the heat of the sun.

Our experience was exceptional; the staff, particularly receptionist Sokina, provided outstanding service, upgrading us to a two-bedroom suite to accommodate our request for non-connecting rooms. Their familial treatment and the hotel's pristine condition, combined with its ideal location, contributed to a perfect stay.

Reception is very welcoming and approachable, the rooftop lounge is nice as well , quite and not that much crowded, good for relaxing and chilling . Accessible to city center mall as well. I had a great breakfast as well from one of the professional staff from room service.Great to spend your off days and in God’s willing to stay with you again .

How comfortable the room was

Quiet, great location, easy parking.

The fact that the receptionist requested me to pay extra BD 15 because I arrived before check-in time while I was going to stay for 3 nights. This was really not commercial at all.

Location of the hotel is good while its still new area Room wide and very comfortable Gor a breakfast we didnt visit the resturant
