I stated no preference during booking for a quiet room. I don’t know where this evaluation tool got the idea I did.

On the bed, there was a th8n, filmy bedspread, a blanket not as wide as the bed and a flat sheet over the fitted sheet. I had to keep increasing the temperature in the room until it got to 24 degrees Celsius to keep us warm. As a result, it was uncomfortable for sleep but we were warm.

We were staying here while our house was being painted, have lived in Airdrie for 15 years and did not know that this hidden gem was in our neighbourhood. The breakfast was adequate, both hot and cold options, good juices and coffee. There were different hot options every day. The hotel is located away from the highway and train tracks so was quiet. The staff were all very friendly.

Very inviting and clean; bumper pads in the elevators to make it easier to control the luggage cart. A personalized welcome message was on the TV screen as a greeting upon entering the room. I had a view of the mountains from my room…

The breakfast was done at 9:00 so I missed it! It sounded really good. The menus was on a whiteboard, which was helpful..

Easy to find, convenient parking with lots of spaces. Quick check-in. Lobby clean and quiet. Our room was spotless, very quiet, comfortable beds with nice linens. Bathroom spotless (even the tub wall tile grout and the bottom edge of the shower curtain, which are often missed in hotels, in my experience). Nice selection of food for breakfast, in a pleasant room with lots of seating.

Thee breakfast was good, excellent, actually The room was clean and the kitchenette was great! The facility was close to restaurants and SuperStore.

Please, PLEASE, put in a normal bathroom door. the sliding door offered incomplete privacy. Also, the lock, which was useless, just caught clothing and skin when going out of the bathroom.

Room, location and breakfast

Front desk staff. The girl that checked us in for the first room was rude and acted like a robot. Not accommodating or polite at all. We asked if we could check in early, approx an hour before checkin time, as we had to change clothes and head out to an event. We were charged $25, other hotels always accommodate if our room is ready for no charge. We had booked two rooms, only one was registered, so we booked a 2nd room upon arrival but did not check in as it would have cost another $25. So we waited until after checkin time.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed with quality sheets and comforter. Window had black out curtains and was very quiet. Easy to control room temperature with quiet air conditioning unit. Breakfast was above average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

I don't have any complaints.

The room was very comfy and very clean. They left ample self care products, we could open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was great with enough variety, especially the waffle was excellent, as well as the coffee that was the best we had in any hotel we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful and cheerful.

The washing machines could be better but that seems to be a general issue in north America. Also we would like a detachable shower head.

The breakfast was a nice assortment and different everyday, it was great! I loved the breakfast nook area too

We thought there was a pool, but that was our fault. Oh well! We still had a wonderful stay and the staff were nice and accommodating.

The check in was very prompt and very welcoming. The facility was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this facility if someone was looking for a hotel to stay at.

Nobody was at the desk for check out. But all went well.
