Location was great as we were up from Calgary for a birthday party. The receptionist was really friendly and engaged and the place is clean. Also, our room had a single burner? OTR Microwave and full size fridge in case you had some groceries or wanted to make yourselves something.

Only cons were the icemaker on our floor (3) was not working and would be great to have a pool/ spa on property.

I stated no preference during booking for a quiet room. I don’t know where this evaluation tool got the idea I did.

On the bed, there was a th8n, filmy bedspread, a blanket not as wide as the bed and a flat sheet over the fitted sheet. I had to keep increasing the temperature in the room until it got to 24 degrees Celsius to keep us warm. As a result, it was uncomfortable for sleep but we were warm.

Very inviting and clean; bumper pads in the elevators to make it easier to control the luggage cart. A personalized welcome message was on the TV screen as a greeting upon entering the room. I had a view of the mountains from my room…

The breakfast was done at 9:00 so I missed it! It sounded really good. The menus was on a whiteboard, which was helpful..

We were staying here while our house was being painted, have lived in Airdrie for 15 years and did not know that this hidden gem was in our neighbourhood. The breakfast was adequate, both hot and cold options, good juices and coffee. There were different hot options every day. The hotel is located away from the highway and train tracks so was quiet. The staff were all very friendly.

Thee breakfast was good, excellent, actually The room was clean and the kitchenette was great! The facility was close to restaurants and SuperStore.

Please, PLEASE, put in a normal bathroom door. the sliding door offered incomplete privacy. Also, the lock, which was useless, just caught clothing and skin when going out of the bathroom.

Easy to find, convenient parking with lots of spaces. Quick check-in. Lobby clean and quiet. Our room was spotless, very quiet, comfortable beds with nice linens. Bathroom spotless (even the tub wall tile grout and the bottom edge of the shower curtain, which are often missed in hotels, in my experience). Nice selection of food for breakfast, in a pleasant room with lots of seating.

Large clean room with all required amenities. Very comfortable king bed. Good breakfast with good coffee. Cheerful receptionist at check in. Too bad we had to leave early!

I wish this hotel as well as others would stop providing plastic cutlery at breakfast and plastic glasses in the rooms.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed with quality sheets and comforter. Window had black out curtains and was very quiet. Easy to control room temperature with quiet air conditioning unit. Breakfast was above average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our check in service was exceptional. The front desk lady suggested lots of different activities in the area as well as letting us know that there was coffee, tea and juice available when we arrived. Our check out was quick and friendly, perfect for us!

Room, location and breakfast

Front desk staff. The girl that checked us in for the first room was rude and acted like a robot. Not accommodating or polite at all. We asked if we could check in early, approx an hour before checkin time, as we had to change clothes and head out to an event. We were charged $25, other hotels always accommodate if our room is ready for no charge. We had booked two rooms, only one was registered, so we booked a 2nd room upon arrival but did not check in as it would have cost another $25. So we waited until after checkin time.
