It was good. Lots of variety and good hot and cold choices for breakfast. The staff informed us upon check-in of a potential for noise on night two as a large group of youth would be staying and suggest an area that would be quieter on an upper floor. We appreciated the heads up and took there advice. Only heard minor noise once.

I'm not sure a loud A/C unit can really be fixed without central units instead of wall mounted ones. Not really worth the mention as the rest of our stay was great.

Wonderful hotel. The holiday inn name has lost some of its fame since the 70s when that’s the name you looked for when traveling. (I miss the old sign they had). So I only chose this hotel based on the rating it had on Booking.com. Well it wasn’t a disappointment. Staff was great. Room was very clean. Late night I saw security vehicles in the parking lot making me feel good. The breakfast was decent as well.

I wish hotels would take the extra step to show they were detailed in the room cleaning. Wrap the tv remote and, like in the old days, label the toilet as sanitized. Let us know we are safe.

I was extremely happy with the check in service , I was knowledge upon arrival ,the lady at the front desk was busy on the phone but was able to politely smile and greet me , she than called for assistance, the gentlemen who checked my family and I in, was polite and happy to help ! The environment was kind and welcoming! When we met room service in the hall they were more than happy to help us. The breakfast had a variety of things, for all of my family members to choose from!

I didn’t like the room we were in due to the view next time I will be sure to ask for a room on the other side so we can view out of the front !

On our way back from Cape Breton to Montreal we split the long traveling and picked Moncton as first stop. This hotel was perfectly located for us, just minutes from the highway. The check-in was quick and smooth; the staff provided us a map of Moncton, helpful to visit the downtown. The room was spacious, clean and well organized to facilitated the usage of a computer. For the breakfast they offered several good options. I would gladly recommend this property. We visited Moncton, a small nice town, quite empty on that Labor Day.

Location was close to Hwy 2. Parking was easy, parking area very big. Elevator worked well. The room was spacious and bright. The kings bed was excellent. The room offered sitting, a big TV, very good WIFI and air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious, offered good storage space and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The hotel offered a very clean environment.

There is nothing to complain about

This was our first time away from our kids together in many years. We wanted a quiet and comfortable space to rest after the concert we attended. The hotel delivered. There was a snowfall overnight and the staff had cleared the snow off all the cars in the parking lot! I’ve never seen anywhere do that before. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was not cold. We had a very restful stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Moncton.

nice big clean room! Didn't feel so enclosed! Was a nice spot. I will be bringing my family for the next trip! Nice pool, gym. its not right in the city so my daughter can go our for a walk.

The alcohol options was limited, actually. There wasn't any at all. they ran out in the small cooler. Its hard because i don't want a whole case of beer. Would be nice to just relax after work have 2-3 beers, maybe a glass of wine.

Loved the location so close to all the activities and close to restaurants and shopping

Although I know how hard it could be to control, the room cleaning service was all over the place first day we had arrived very late so we didn't require service the next 3 were different housekeeping showed up at varied times from 10-3 it was never around the same time everyday when traveling with a very small child this can over lap with nap times if the cleaning service was more timed and we had a general idea it would be easier to get out of the room and plan something at that time so that we could have our room cleaned

We overslept for our trip back to Halifax, so we missed breakfast. I asked the front desk guy if there was a coffee machine around and a gentleman beside me who work there said yes there is, come with me. I’ll show you where it is. But this was just extra, I love when staff are helpful. The same gentleman asked me if we missed breakfast. I told him yes, but we were fine we overslept.. He then suggested that he can go back in behind the door and pack up two breakfasts for us to have on the road. That was just excellent customer service as far as I’m concerned. We didn’t see that kind of service and our whole three week trip. But that means for me is I will be back anytime I go through that area. I will be stopping at this hotel. And the people I know that drive back to Ontario and back. I will let them know as well. Well done team!

Breakfast was really nice and rich. We couldn't help but get some extra. My kids enjoyed the meal, even the picky ones had something they will like. That really took the burden off my shoulder thinking of what they will eat if they don't get a good meal. I will say, they have experienced international caterers because, meals were savory no extra flavours or unexpected taste. The room was spacious and comfortable.
