Excellent service provided by hotel employees; Outstanding location, being very close to the metro station Los Leones, to the mall Costanera Center and surrounding stores, with many locations to eat; The hotel has a pool and some gym equipments; Good coffee.

The communication before arriving at the hotel (through Booking) was not great, with some delays. I made a question (last minute, earlier on one day before departing) that was not answered before I left my country. I understand this was a last minute request, but the other messages for the previous questions also had some delay.

location, room, comfort, wifi, staff. This is a very good hotel :)

nothing so important but I have a couple of things to add: a) a person (just one person) from staff at breakfast and dinner (which I had paid for separately) were not polite, b) on breakfasts, staff didn't refill food, beverages and fruits, so if you arrived towards the end of allowed breakfast times, maybe the availability wasn't good. But again, this is a very good hotel and I would recommend it and I would host myself there again.

One of the stand-out features of this hotel is its incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I checked in until the day of departure, every encounter with the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to start the day on the right foot. Another highlight was the comfort of the beds and the hotel's location proved to be very convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and the subway, making it a breeze to get around.

Some aspects of my stay that left me wanting more. Firstly, the lack of on-site parking was a bit inconvenient. Having to walk a couple of blocks to the SABA parking lots, albeit with free daily passes provided by the hotel. Furthermore, while the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, it fell short of expectations. While the rooms were generally tidy, there were some areas that could have used more attention to detail. Lastly, the hotel's aging infrastructure was noticeable in certain areas. Some aspects of the building were in disrepair, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its location – it’s conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport. I’d also like to highlight the staff, who were always polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also impressive, with everything well-maintained.

On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable, and the synthetic bedding affected the quality of sleep. Additionally, the food at the restaurant didn’t meet expectations

Excellent staff, breakfast was fine and our room was good.

There seemed to be issues with the lifts, we stayed at the hotel for two weeks, one lift was out of order the whole time we were there and two days before we left the second lift was out of order, so everyone had to use the service lift. The minibar was not working. There were some minor issues that were resolved immediately None of the above impacted us in any way, but the lift issue could have been a problem for other guests.

It is a very cozy hotel. It is in need of some maintenance, but every member of the staff I met was spectacularly kind and if I every go back to Chile I will surely stay at this hotel. From housekeeping to concierge, front desk personnel. Breakfast I was not fan, but I am Mexican and I am used to an extremely variety of choices for breakfast. Food quality was good.

Building maintenance. Did not interfere with my stay, but I noticed that it is needed. What I did not like at all, was that there was not a water bottle! At midnight with no room service, no restaurant and in the need of water, it was uncomfortable.

Almost everything was awesome, the people at the hotel, the restaurant, the room was really comfortable..

the room smelled like someone was smoking there at some point, even though it was very clean. The parking was a bit of an issue, it was far from the hotel, we had to park first two blocks away from the hotel and we arrived late at night around 10 PM, it felt unsafe, there was barely people on the street, maybe if you had told me this on when booking I would have chosen another hotel. It only said free parking included, at no time it said I had to walk back to the hotel, there was another parking a block away in another hotel from the same brand, same thing when walking at night, it felt unsafe. There was abit of an issue with the elevator that night but they offered the use of the service elevator, so that wasnt that bad

Very comfortable hotel and room, close to the Los Leones metro station in a quiet place. The breakfast was very good for my taste, and the nights were very quiet. The bed and bathroom were very good as well, and I generally enjoyed my stay here and would be back anytime.

Some minor issues regarding the cleanliness, but nothing too serious. The elevator does not work properly in the sense that it closes the doors on people (happened to me twice).

Staff was helpful. Their English was good enough Breakfast was good. Piano singer at the restaurant was special. Room was comfortable and had a TV channel with Movies in English Location was what we wanted: near lots of restaurants and shopping and only a 10 minute walk to the massive mall.

Pool was cute,but too cold to enjoy.
