Concise Version This hotel is a great choice. It's conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don't miss the rooftop bar—it has a fantastic atmosphere and amazing views.

When paying with a credit card, be careful. The receptionist charged us in Sterling instead of Colombian pesos, which inflated the price. We ended up paying 14% more than the original price listed on Booking.com.

I liked the hotel in general, the room, the Lounge, the breakfast was delicious, the service, the gym, the sauna.

I didn't like the fact that there was no bed sheets, nor piĺows for the sofabed. The first night I arrived, I was really tired and had to sleep on the sofabed without pillow, nor sheets and it was cold. I didn't like the fact that my room which was like a little apartment, had no glasses, no plates, no forks, no nothing. It had a coffee machine without the cup, so I could not boil water. There was literally nothing in my kitchen to help myself.

The staff is always so professional so friendly so helpful it's just unbelievable like most 99% of the places in Bogota. The service is just spectacular simply change the United States of America for sure. For the price the location is fantastic not far everything. Safe neighborhood where you can walk to anywhere. Currently under construction on lots of the roads but it will just be even more spectacular in the next year. The food manager Mario was just extremely Pleasant professional helpful just a pleasure to deal with. And I am from Miami I love my expresso shots the best in Bogota I have tasted so anyone needs a pick me up that's the place to go.

Well the rooms are not air conditioned because most are not because of the weather but you simply ask for a tower fan and they'll even bring you up to two. Only hot in the daytime when it's hot which is rare you mostly come in and it's nice and cold if you open the windows it's really a vent.

It was conveniently located in an area that is very safe. Malls are close by and La Candelaria area was not that far away. The breakfast is very large and includes a variety of traditional local foods. There are stores nearby were you can buy supplies. Their elevator goes up and down very fast yet comfy. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a suite with tehh full kitchen and all. This hotel is for sure one of the best options in Bogotá. Whenever we visit Bogotá again, this is our first option.

Only thing, the cleaning was always not consistent. Some of the staff would do an amazing job but on other days you'll notice some discrepancy

The room was at first on the inside where you can not see the city. But then they changed our room as requested. The staff could not find the key of the piano in the lobby so my son could not play the piano during our stay🙁

Very friendly staff, without exceptions. Breakfast buffet was good, it can please different kinds of tastes. Food quality is as you can expect in a 4-star hotel. The room was very clean and organized, and though the furniture is a little out of date, it is well kept. Great shower; you can easily adjust the temperature (the water can get really hot, which is a relief in that cold climate) and the water flow is perfect. I had read bad reviews about the shower, but my experience was perfect (Room 1036). The A/C is central, so you have no control of the room temperature, but I didn't find that to be a problem. The temperature was always pleasant for me. Got a good sleep too, no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. Nice king bed and great pillows! Location of the hotel is good too, quick Uber rides to places of interest. Overall, great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The elevator card didn't work properly most of the time.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it has a better breakfast then the residence hotel by Marriott in bogota, it has more variety, the service was top notch, I highly recommend this hotel amazing.

Most of the cleaning staff were amazing, my only gripe is that the Kleenex box was not restocked, I had my baby boy with me, I like using softer tissue when we clean his nose face ( baby stuff) not a huge deal, we obviously had our own Kleenex and pollene and alcohol free wipes with us, just would have been nice to see our room restocked with Kleenex rather then seeing and empty box Everytime we went to grab a quick Kleenex, it was never restocked while I was there.

Great facility. Comfortable room and beds. Clean and modern bathroom. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Super gym and sauna though we did not use them. The front door services and transportation system is stellar. Secure location and facility with card security elevator.

Front desk staff experience was mixed. Some were of little personality or sense of training in customer service.

The breakfast was excellent, too many choices. Excellent ubication and taxi service was good.

The only problem was the service . You need to wait for the beverages because the waitress always is busy. The beds are too old are not comfortable.

Probably one of the biggest and best beds that I have had in all the hotels I have stayed. When I open the door to my hotel room I was shocked about the size and quality of the rooms. Either I was luck to have that room but overall I felt directly at home. The bed was amazing! I had a great sleep with a great view to Bogota! Breakfast was big, colombian style, delicious. The stuff was very supportive at all times.
