Nothing but the bathroom can be more cleaner l. It was clean but need more attention

Our room was spectacular, a little bit overpriced ($300 US the night) cause it was small and the view with the building on the side not very private, however the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The location was great. The staff in the front desk was great!

The rooftop is crowded, we couldn’t use the pool and also costumer service of the restaurant was like 0/10, it took forever to order, forever to receive the food and forever to pay, I actually had to beg to charged me, our waited Pablo was kinda lazy to ask in the kitchen if the burguer that we wanted was spicy or not so we ended up something else which also was terrible, my friend didn’t eat tho. The bartender woman was very nasty the way she was answering to everyone. We saw a lot in that restaurant so we def do not recommend it.

Great location- very close to metro and bus stops, walking distance to various tourist attractions. Lovely rooftop with beautiful views of Barcelona, yummy cocktails and snacks. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Various food and drinks options close to hotel-visited two amazing restaurants in same street as hotel. Would stay here again.

Confusion with cocktail vouchers between reception staff and rooftop bar and restaurant staff. What was communicated to us by check-in staff was different to undesired of restaurant and rooftop bar’s staff. We got coffees in the end. Experienced slow service at rooftop bar in evening- afternoon was pretty quick. Just a note that the pool area is small.

Great staff and very central

Loved our 4 day stay at the NH Gran Calderon. Staff was very friendly, facilities were impeccable and the room was very comfortable with anything you could need for your stay (AC, Nespresso machine, water, an Alexa device, and more) Great location within walking distance of lots of attractions, food, and activities in Barcelona. Views from the rooftop are amazing, they have great drinks too!

Just FYI If you are sensitive to noise I recommend you request a room that is not in floor 10 - there is a rooftop bar on the 11th floor and can get loud at night. It did not bother us and the noise ended before 11:30pm. Also, the shower has an interesting design and it can be messy, again, not a big deal for us but I can see how it can bother others.

Our room was quite and had plenty of room for our clothes. The breakfast was incredible - fresh cut fruit, freshly baked pastries, many cold cut options etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful; we got some excellent restaurant recommendations from Louis that all turned out to be favorites of tourists and locals alike. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially if you like to explore a city while walking around. There is also a happening roof terrace with a pool and a bar that also serves a few snack items. This place is highly recommended!

I stayed in two different rooms when I came to Barcelona. as I had to travel to Andorra for a couple of days. My stay at the NH was perfect the first two nights. As for the last two nights I had noisy next guests in the next room. Music loud as well as their voices. I would recommend to check the state of your Nespresso machines perhaps as some of them are broken ;-)
