Our room was so spacious and clean! We also had an air purifier that we plugged in and I could tell a big difference when it was on. The breakfast was TOP NOTCH! The cook making the omletes was amazing and the breakfast bar was truly one of the best I've ever had! The staff in every aspect of our stay was phenomenal! Dani who checked us in was the sweetest lady and was SO infomative. We loved how the hotel was connected to the even center (we did not know that when booking) so that was such a great surprise. The 2 free drinks and snacks for "happy hour" was also a wonderful surprise! Just an all around great stay! The hotel is really pretty and well kept and we will DEFINITELY be back!!

The only things and they are very minor was 1 of 3 elevators was not working... (which happens) not a big deal. Our room was a "pure" room and was suppose to have coconut water and a snack which were not in the room. Like I said not a big deal just something I noticed.

Chris and the gentleman who lived in Concord NC that checked me in were amazing. They had great customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency. The night Auditor Erica was decent. While his approachability left much to be desired, he assisted with separating my two rooms into two different payments to ensure I had an easy checkout the next morning. He repeated back the need and excited seamlessly.

The restaurant was extremely slow. There weren’t May basic choices if you were looking for something late night.

Clean, perfect location to stores, parks, sights , restaurants etc . The staff is awesome

Parking was too full… not enough handicap parking spaces near enough to the entrance and it would be the greatest thing if we could have had some hot breakfast items.. I understand the quick convenience of the mostly cold Breakfast but there are a few fast food options you can offer such as waffles links/patties/ beacon maybe and an eggs .. just a suggestion.. I was really looking forward to some good waffles. With how lovely the property is a few warm items would be a great addition

Loved how quickly we were able to check in, the room was very clean and comfortable, staff attentive, loved the free cocktail hour, wonderful breakfast. We called for sheets and they came right up, and they let us check in an hour early so we didn't have to wait around until 4.

The pricing feels a little high for the area, but willing to pay that amount due to the hotel's proximity and connecting walking to the Von Braun arena. Overall, if we go to a concert there again, I will definitely book there. Also, booking.com booking made this so easy! Also, they are updating some floors so there was some construction noise but only during the day.

Having a suite is invaluable for my family! The rooms here are just perfect for putting the kids to bed and still being able to watchTV and hang out in the living area. Great breakfast with lots of choices. And the pool was cool, clean and lots of fun!

I was disappointed by the parking situation. There was plenty of surface parking available but I was told I had to pay for the expensive garage parking.

We came for a concert at the Von Braun Center. It was cold and rainy and we were dreading to go outside and walk to the concert. We asked for directions and were told to go to the 2nd floor of the hotel and go through the breezeway and it would take us straight to the concert without having to go outside. There was also a nice restaurant inside the Von Braun Center where we had dinner before the concert.

Very spacious rooms. Nice in room amenities. Hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was plentiful. Omelet bar was good. Hot bar was not very hot. Good variety of choices but the hot food was not hot and the fruit and other cold items were warm (on the same bar).

The hotel restaurant did not offer a good variety of choices on the menu. I would recommend a new menu with more of a bar/cafe menu to satisfy the clientele. It was pricey but guest are willing to pay for decent food.

Room was exceptional. Love the layout and view. The entire hotel was beyond beautiful. The breakfast was excellent.

I loved everything. I didn't like I had to checkout and leave. I could stay there and pay hotel fees instead of paying high mortgages in a home.

Super nice facilities for our Board game event, we had plenty of room and the hotel is upgrading their rooms. We had a recently upgraded room and it was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice order your omelette, eggs bacon and sausage area. A lot of seating area for breakfast.

Nothing really, there was some light re-modeling being done but a sign explaining it was at the doorway. They have to upgrade at some point and it wasn’t distracting at all.

Friendly staff, location, the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and the location felt very easy and stress free.

Room service seemed to have skipped our room...not sure if we had to request this but it was a little confusing. Also, the fridge in our room was broken and wound up freezing whatever we put in there.
