The food, the cafe pastry quality, the beauty of the hotel all so breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back.

Every single time I wanted to sign on the in dining meal service receipt, the person started rapid firing tons of questions and it was SO distracting when I needed to focus on what I was doing. Less talking and not asking any questions is best when delivering in room dining please!!

It definitely has a resort “on vacation “ type of feel. Staff was very helpful. They upgraded my room. The bar was a great place to chill out before going out to dinner.

The walls are a little thin. I was kind of surprised with this particular feature, but it did not bother me at all.

We reserved a Room with King size bed overlooking the pool, golf course and ocean view and the view was fantastic. The room was not so big, but it was fine. The hotel is located right across fashion island with so many nice restaurants to explore. The big pool with the edge bar is great. Overall rating of this hotel is fantastic and recommended. We are looking forward to going back again soon.

the view the properties amazing staff and all it offers we will be back soon. even tho I’m afraid of heights it was such a welcome environment that I didn’t even notice I was on the 10th floor I highly recommend this location for families.

the only thing is the wall to the second tower but even that it wasn’t long at all so really not much to say bad about this place.

The hotel staff was excellent, but we were not happy with Booking.com telling us we had reserved a room that did not exist - we were told by Booking.com it was a king suite, yet we received a regular room. The room was good in the end, but I don't believe I'll use Booking.com again because you were the major issue that occurred during this visit!

The shower/tub room was excellent. The view, location in the hotel and 2nd flloor privacy were excellent choices.

It rained while we were there and the sand bag method of containing the water was poor. Should have used rubber open lattice mats so people could walk over the water. Very pleasant stay

Great location for mall. Nice, safe walk to balboa island. It felt like a generally safe location. Free bottled water on arrival and attentive check in from Tri. Lovely modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Has a nice looking pool and hot tub, complete with sun loungers They have quite a few things included in resort fee, if weather was better, we definitely would have used them all.

Room was very nice! Loved the wet room shower/tub! Bed very comfortable! Overall the facility was nice and well kept! Breakfast was great! And all staff was friendly and willing to serve!

Our room was beautiful, they upgraded us for a partial ocean view. everything about our room exceeded our expectations. The property, staff, food, restaurants, pool, gym, service was excellent! Valet and bellman were also great and we used the shuttle service also

Beautiful pool area, restaurant food & staff was excellent! Staff was kind, and all went above and beyond with smiles on their faces!

Airport noise when planes arrive & take off. Luckily not at night but during the day was a bit bothersome.
